Very responsive customer service, clear communication, pickup and delivery on time.

Have used Sherpr twice for international shipments. Sherpr did an amazing job at competitive pricing. Was very helpful including when I needed to make an unexpected mid shipment change (as in the boxes were in customs in France). Would highly recommend them.

Have used other companies and was badly burned (rugs lost and then eventually found in Poland when should have gone to UK). Sherpr, on the other hand, was always on top of the shipment. Trust them.

Great sales teams and great experience until you pay, their services come at a premium price compare to the competition and you realize that they are just FEDEX middle man. We had 10 boxes and they lost 1, the frustrating part is that they didn't even tried to help find the box. They send you the paperwork to claim the lost box and that's it. I had to spend 10 days working directly with FEDEX to locate my missing box and have delivered.
Overall terrible experience for that price point.

Great customer support, everything was handled quickly with clear communication. Sherpr's process makes it easy to handle customs and all the paperwork needed for a relocation (in this case, from EU to USA). Thanks to Joana for the great work.

The process is quite easy and I get a lot of support from Sherpr. Only downside is FedEx don't provide an exact timeslot when they come so I have to wait the whole day at home.

We shipped 5 out 10 boxes that we initially paid for, causing a delay of one month due to the change in the shipment. Due to the situation, the company rectified and proceeded to reimburse for the 5 boxes that were not shipped at the end.

Online questionnaires aren't the best, but we got there in the end! It was all a learning curve. Sherpr emailed us with a query once the item had been picked up abroad and our reply by email soon got things moving again. The item was even delivered before the delivery date quoted. We would not hesitate to use them again.

The Sherpr team was extremely professional and easy to work with, and the price to ship items internationally were very reasonable! As they promised, they facilitated the shipment from origin to destination and were available to answer and questions I had about the shipment. I would definitely recommend and would use them again for future moves.

Cheaper than other companies plus it delivers to remote areas like islands. Very good communication, both in the chatbot and by calling.

I heard of Sherpr luggage transfer through LNER, I was wondering how with an aging husband I would cope with cases on a train, taxi and ferry, wow Sherpr to the rescue, easy to use booking service, updates at every stage, I had made a mistake on the booking but Sherpr changed it quickly with no fuss, clear instructions on how to attach labels, I will never drag luggage with me ever again, all cases arrived at their destination. I could sit back and enjoy, the journey xx

My wife and I moved to Spain in April of 2025. We decided to ship only a few items and chose to have them shipped via air freight using Sherpr. The thought of putting all the charished items we've collected over a lifetime in boxes and sending across the ocean was terrifying. But, Sherpr was nothing short of fantastic. Duncan King arranged everything and was always available and always helpful even when we kept changing the date when we could receive the boxes at our new address. When we had an issue with FedEx finding our address in Barcelona, Marie in customer service, made sure everthing was arranged for delivery.

Good and professional service

Professional and friendly service. Luggage had arrived at hotel before the group - they were thrilled. Seamless process. Made a group’s train travel much more comfortable and hassle free, not having to worry about their luggage.
