Thank you to my course advisor for her patience, kindness and professionalism. My enquiry started mid 2025 and I only registered recently. Thank you Shaharazad Adams, always responsive even though we are in different cities, whilst "holding my hand" allowing me the time to understand the courses offered, tuition fees, processes and going the extra mile on my behalf. The Experience has been great thus far and feel at ease that I chose Shields to complete my online education.

I had some very good feedback on a DN2 Mock Exam from ATC. While it highlighted the strengths of my responses it more importantly provided a constructive comments on the areas that I need to improve when I take the DN2. Although the mock exam was quite time consuming it was definitely worth the time and effort to get the feedback and I would recommend it as part of the learning process.

Great Teachers
The learning content was, for the most part, very thorough, clear and informative. I received great support from Ahmed Chohuan to clarify where I was going wrong. However, at the end of each module for NG1 you complete questions which are reviewed and marked. These are not reviewed in the same way as NEBOSH questions leading to confusion of how to answer questions rather than helpful learing opportunities. The content teaching was excellent but the exam guidance could do with more clarification due to the specific expectations NEBOSH has.The teaching for the practical risk assessment was excellent and gave great practical tips.
