Don’t buy from this company via post. Based on my experience, their deliveries may be insured on paper, but when something goes wrong they do not accept responsibility.
I reported a missing gold bar from my order and Sharps Pixley have not sent a single email to even acknowledge the issue.
The person I spoke to on the phone was rude and dismissive and tried to push responsibility onto my card provider instead of dealing with it themselves. My card provider has since confirmed that the retailer should be investigating, not the customer. The lack of communication and refusal to take ownership is unacceptable for a company dealing with high-value items. I would strongly advise others not to order anything from them by post. Now starting process to report via bank and claim my money back.

Excellent selection of coins at good price and speedy delivery

Not happy with Royal mail as your delivery partner, they tried to deliver the item on 21st of January as I wasn’t at home it wasn’t delivered,not note was left behind to describe where should I pick up the item from, downloaded Royal M app, to find out it is useless, customer service number there is an answering machine, I had to wait 40 minutes on the phone to finally speak to a Person, this is January the 30th and I still haven’t received the item, I have to go again to collect it from a Royal mail office near by my house as they don’t redeliver it to a post office of my choice, very unhappy with Royal mail.
On top of that I emailed Sharps Pixley to let you know I wasn’t able to communicate with Royal mail, but didn’t received any reply to my email, I phone Sharps Pixley and spoken to a customer service guy, but he said he couldn’t do anything to help my, I had to speak to Royal mail.
Not happy at all

Sharps Pixley are and in my experience always have been a safe and reliable dealer in in precious metals.
When buying or selling they are always my first port of call.

3 weeks later im still waiting for my refund - margaret murphy they are a scam company reported to the FCA
