Hiding the coin
The gold coin listed on they website dosnot match the one in they showroom or in they STOCK ???????.
On the 19 December 2025 I have called sharps pixly's customer service regarding to sell them some small new gold bars. They give me the price of £2725.00 in one condition to buy from them 1/2oz queen Elizabeth II gold Britain coin.They told me no problem they have the coin. NOT on a website but in a showroom. On my arriving to sharps pixly security man called BRUNO asked me what is the perpus of my vist.I told him about the coin 1/2OZ BRITAIN GOLD COIN QUEEN ELIZABETH II. BRUNO told me let me check. Then BRUNO toled me we don't have this gold Coin on our website not even in a showroom I think you are wasting your time.I said to BRUNO I was spoken to customer service before I come here you have the coin. he started telling me again and again If we have it but where is the coin ?????he BRUNO asked me where is the coin. I told him may be in a safe or some were.as you said is no on a website is not on a showroom and definitely is not in my pocket because I haven't bought It yet this conversation was happening in seating area qauit small place other customer could hear and paid entrees to it. By the way how Is BRUNO ???? Why he dosent wait until I go to the counter and they deal with me. I was sitting very close to counter which dealing with the customer I heard BRUNO saying to the laydy called NICOLA in side the counter that this guy looking for this sort of coin.I told hime we don't have it.Then BRUNO toled me again you seating here and wasting your time.Then NICOLA called me I give all my gold bars then NICOLA show me the 1/2OZ BRITAIN COIN QUEEN ELIZABETH II 2021 and 2022 sealed brown new. 20 coin was available to by.you see.
Please AVOID on line orders unless you go in person and thoroughly look each coin they are not in a fair conditions.that was a perpus of my visit.
If you looking for certen coin like me they hiding the coin in they cabord you cannot see them on they website or even in a showroom given them to the certen people.I am sharing my experience with the customer to chose the right company as I mentioned on my privus review what I said is true otherwise I will accept full punishment.

We appreciate you sharing your experience. We're sorry the coin availability and the service you received didn't meet your expectations. When a customer has sold coins back to us, sometimes there is a short period of time where they have not been re-listed on the web shop. It sounds like this could have been this case for the particular coin you were looking for, which would account for the absence of the web shop listing, and the momentary miscommunication from staff.
Where coins are pre-owned or in less than mint condition, this will be clearly indicated on the item description on the web shop.
We are pleased to hear you left with the coins you came in for; however we do take your comments into consideration and we'll investigate the discrepancies between our online listings, showroom stock, and the information provided by our staff to improve our service and accuracy.
