Initially concerned at unfulfilled delivery for an in stock item, date being moved back 3 times. However, this was not their fault I believe, more a courier issue as delivery was to Northern Ireland. Well priced, packaged and I would buy again from server's direct. Their customer service phone line was also respectable.

Will the delivery ever arrive.....?
Delivery was supposed to be Monday, one week on from the order date, but it never arrived. Phoned the following day, as there was no valid email address, and spoke to someone who was clearly reading from a script, in an overseas call centre. Was assured that the delivery would arrive by the Friday. Thursday afternoon got an email that it will be delivered "from" Saturday. Wondering if the delivery will ever turn up......
Note to Servers Direct - don't bother with a template response; stop over promising and under delivering.

Waste of time
Ordered and paid for a Dell PC, paid extra for next day delivery. The order did not arrive next day and received an email giving me a new delivery date, about 8 working days from original date, no other explanation - had to request refund for the next day delivery fee. That 2nd date came and went, still no PC. Got in touch and was told the item was out of stock with no known date for restock. Requested full refund. Overall time wasted about 2 weeks. Will never use Servers Direct again.

Placed an order for x2 seagate 8tb hdd. Web site said they were in stock. Very urgent order. Order accepted. Paid next day delivery. Received multiple emails saying order accepted and processed, it then said it has been shipped. Following day I recieve an email saying no longer available and no stock even though I received email saying it had shipped. Telephoned company couldn't give a ship date from supplier or an equivalent as an alternative with out me paying more. Cancelled order wont be using them again! Not a very good impression.

Failed delivery on Saturday…
So I placed an order on Friday just before 10 am, within a couple of hours order was processed , confirmation , and that it would be delivered the following day on Saturday. (paid for next day Saturday delivery).
Logged into portal, no shipping or tracking information, no messages no emails, no nothing no parcel delivery.
It’s 6 pm on Saturday nothing delivered. I contacted customer services earlier on Saturday and was told it was being processed by another supplier and would be delivered.
Looking at some of the poor service reviews. I can now see why my parcel wasn’t delivered.
I need to look up what drop shipping is?
They dispatched notice said this…” We like to keep you in the loop with important updates, so here's a note to say we've dispatched your order.”
Notice the word dispatched!

Tracking shows that your order was delivered on 20/04. We refunded half of the delivery fee as an apology. The funds will clear in your account within 3-5 working days of it being processed.

Easy site to order from
Happy with the ordering process as we knew what spec of laptop we required however it asked me to select a delivery date and was aware that someone needed to be at home as it cannot be left in a 'safe place' I selected Monday as I knew I would be here all day, the Laptop got delivered on Saturday around 5minutes before we were going out so could of easily missed the delivery. No point selecting a delivery date if its not going to come on the selected date/time. Also DPD should have provided a PIN for me to quote this didnt happen either!!

Service Shoddy Award
Ordered 2 hard drives with standard delivery of @5-6 days. After a few days, I received an email saying my goods had been dispatched for delivery the next day and that I could track the order online. When I tried to track it there was no information so contacted Servers Direct regarding this. After numerous phone calls to their customer service (as they initially told me they couldn’t tell me anything about my delivery) they advised me their suppliers are out of stock and the supplier won’t get a delivery for three weeks!!
I asked him what would happen if I’d paid for next day delivery, and they admitted well you wouldn’t get it. I think this is a shoddy practice to sell goods stating in stock when they aren’t. I consequently phoned back to cancel and request a refund and was then told that before doing this, they had to contact their suppliers for a cancellation. I advised them that legally my contract was with them Servers Direct the retailer not their suppliers, and that they Servers Direct needed to refund me immediately, not in a few days time after hearing from their suppliers. After a rather long wait on the phone as the person had to go and check about this they agreed to do it. They also agreed to send me an email confirming this, but as yet two days later I have not received it.
When I check my account, it shows this order is still in progress and has not been cancelled, you need to sort this out and issue me with a refund.
