Ear rings disappointing. Illustration appeared sparkly and rounded but just thin flat pieces in arrival. Such a shame.

I recently ordered from Sehaya, and overall, I'm quite pleased with my experience. The jewellery is beautiful, vibrant, and of excellent quality, making it a great value for money. I’ve purchased a few items, including a lovely bracelet and necklaces, which were exactly as advertised on their website. However, I did encounter a minor issue with the fit of the Tibetan Jasper bracelet, as it couldn't be adjusted to comfortably fit over my hand, which was a bit disappointing. Despite this, I highly recommend Sehaya for their gorgeous, striking pieces, and I'll definitely be shopping with them again.

I have bought two sets of earrings in the past. The second set arrived broken but but the customer service was very quick to correct this.

Poor customer service
Terrible company won’t reply to any of my messages and emails after a bracelet started to breakaway. Don’t buy this rubbish it’s a waste of money.

Our refunds policy is very clearly laid out in our website. All orders are eligible for a full refund or a free replacement for any issue that may arise within one month of delivery.
Your order was placed 8 months ago and therefore it is not eligible for a free replacement. However, we did respond to your query and we offered you to send you a replacement for a small fee, pretty much at cost price.
Since you have chosen to decline this offer, I am afraid we cannot assist you any further

Nice Bracelet Shame about the Earings
Delivery was good, the bracelet I received was fine, the earing's unfortunately are of a poor quality, the circular bands/rings on which the stones are attached are flimsy and separate at the point where the stones are attached. The result of this is that stones can easily come away from rings. This was the case when I received the earing's. When I received the the package, on opening the draw bag that contained the earing's one of the rings stones had come away from ring. As a result I will only be giving the bracelet as a present to my niece for Christmas as the earing's are defective.

I think that in the case of the earrings 1 star is a fair reflection of the product. As you said and apologised for, Sehaya has caused disappointment and inconvenience and alternatives had to be sought.
Yes it is the responsibility of the buyer to contact the seller if there is an issue with a product, but it is also the buyers prerogative not to contact the seller if they are unhappy. By not contacting the seller the buyer is not doing anything wrong which you seem to be implying.
It is the responsibility of the seller not the buyer to ensure that things don't go wrong and that a quality product and service is provided. Sadly Sehaya this time around have failed and perfection remains elusive.

Not the same colours as shown on line
They are beautiful earrings, but colors were quite different to what was in the photograph on line. I did not feel they fit me
