SecureFix Direct Ltd Anmeldelser

Secure fix Direct advertise many marine items that I would like to purchase however for many many months now they have had no stocks of most of the items I need and keep trying to buy which is not a good customer service in fact it is very poor.

Well what can I say... this seller is great, as for hermes thats another thing. Part of my delivery came broken yet the seller made certain that they were packaged very well. However securefix were fantastic and replaced them immediately with lots of correspondence, also they changed who delivered them to dpd who made sure they came perfect with next day delivery. We are now very happy. Thank you.

Excellent, wouldn't hesitate to recommend or use again, SecureFix Direct are 10/10 for service, price and quality products. We had an issue with a product being damaged in transit and this was sorted immediately. Very impressed. Thank you.

Five out of five. Great customer service, good communication and prompt action.

Reliable seller good customer service would use again

Ordered some gadgets for my boat recently and received great quality products and excellent service

Had some problems with my order but securedirect worked at the weekend to sort it out and the replacement items arrived in double quick time

Jamie and his team has been very helpful with us recently, putting together a large order with lots of finer details and requirements. Jamie really does go the extra mile and is extremely quick and diligent in his communication. We have used various outlets over the years but securefix has exceeded in their prompt services, prices and customer care and is now our first and only choice.

Securefix direct offers a premium service that can’t be matched by other retailers; they are quick to respond to enquiries and their genuine and prompt support really is a welcoming change from what is normally seen as the expected standard. Furthermore, their products are more than reasonably priced; delivered promptly and are always of the best quality. As a building company we deal with a number of retailers and merchants and securefix is by far the most outstanding.

I ordered a portable TV bag from secureFIX and the service was excellent, prompt delivery and great quality bag.
Would definitely use this company again.

Had a faulty part delivered they bent over backwards to rectify it excellent customer service. Take a bow sir 👏🏼👏🏼👏🏼

Best prices, best range of lifting products and perfect service. You cant go wrong with these guys. Well recommended.

Not only did SecureFix Direct provide a speedy service but promptly replaced an item that had been'removed' during postal transit. The item arrived overnight. Amazing. A standard to which other firms should aspire!

Bought a few stainless steel fixings from SecureFix - upon receipt realised one of the fixings was not the correct version as advertised - naturally I was a bit disappointed so I sent the customer support team a message about this. Within 30mins I had a reply saying 'sorry about this and we'll get the correct one shipped to you asap' - OK that was good enough for me.

What I didn't anticipate was they then paid for premium next day delivery service to make sure I receive the correct fixing (which itself only cost £10) within less than 24hrs! WOW - I was really, really surprised by how they care about customers and frankly speaking if all companies adapt the same 'customer first' culture there will be no 'single star' companies here on Trust Pilot.

Thank you for reading and keep up the good work guys. Namo Amituofo

Absolutely brilliant firm to deal with after delivery issues they went above and beyond to sort the issue and would recommend to anyone 👍

A fantastic company with outstanding customer service. These guys sell quality goods at very competitive prices. I cannot recommend SecureFix Direct enough, definitely on my to go to list, Thanks Jason.

Royal Mail let us down with the delivery. After contacting secure Fix Jason sorted out the problem and the customer service I received from him was the best I have ever had from a company selling on eBay .

We ordered some 10mm D-Shackles via eBay. The product was sent via Royal Mail 48 hour. Unfortunately, the product did not arrive in the expected time as, on this rare occasion, Royal Mail had a glitch in the system. We notified SecureFix Direct via the eBay systems and to their credit the item was dispatched again via Royal Mail 24 hour. This time the product arrived and was of great quality. As sod's law would have it, the original parcel arrived 48 hours after the 2nd parcel arrived (these will soon be heading back, my choice to do so). Great company, great products, great value and most importantly, great customer service.

Tremendous customer service from SecureFixDirect. Highly r commended, buy with confidence.

Fantastic service! Highly recommended.
