Doors are well made and look quality
Doors are well made and look quality
One downside was the colour of the door I chose from the brochure turned out to be no longer available. I had to choose an alternative some days later.
It should have been known by the agent before my order was confirmed. Even so the alternative choice door colour turned out to be very good. The men who fitted the door were top class
Correspondence with company was good

We are delighted to hear that you find your new doors to be well made and that they look quality. It’s also wonderful that you had a top-class experience with our fitters and that you were happy with the correspondence from our company.
We sincerely apologise for the initial inconvenience regarding the colour choice. You are absolutely right—we should have had the updated stock information immediately available to your agent to prevent that delay in your order. We are reviewing our internal processes and brochure updates to ensure this doesn't happen again, as we strive to provide a seamless and efficient experience from the very start.
We are very pleased that your alternative colour choice turned out to be "very good" and that you are happy with the final result.
Thank you again for your valuable comments and for choosing Secured Homes.

…’ I can see clearly now’….
Salesman Steve was our introduction to ‘Secured Homes’ and he’s a credit to the company. Friendly, informative but most of all not the least bit pushy. He listened to our brief and delivered an outcome that confirmed we wanted to go ahead with our order.
Within 3 weeks our windows were installed by a team of efficient professionals, (ones that actually clear up after themselves) and what a difference. Already we’re benefiting from the reduction of outside noise!
We’re really impressed with the workmanship, installation and completion of our windows and would recommend ‘Secured Homes’ for any home improvements.

New windows & Door's
I've had new windows and door's fitted by Secured Homes and I'm very happy with them. They let me pay in 2 instalment's, I paid half and they fitted the windows and then when I'd saved up the other half then they fitted the door's.
The quality of the door's and windows is brilliant and I highly recommend them. They are quieter and warmer than my old windows and door's. I've just had the door's fitted today and I have to say that the fitter is very skilled and took his time and did a very good job.
I had 5 windows and 2 door's fitted and I'm very happy with the whole procedure.
And the cost of everything was very good too. They gave the cheapest quote out 4 companies.

The two lads doing the installation were polite and friendly. They worked incredibly hard and left the house tidy after the job. The windows and front door look great. Hoping a saving in energy bills will offset some of the cost.

Great quality installation very neat and tidy!
Very polite and on time with everything from the very start to fitting doors and windows,
we did have a hiccup with some of the windows and a door but was reassured it would be resolved in quick time and it was without any hesitation, they always answer phone when we called and no speaking to robots which is a bonus. All windows and doors look brilliant, no mess what so ever can't even tell they had to take old windows and doors out with how clean it's been left!
