After I complained, they submitted another order, sent me a text, and a couple of minutes later, called me and canceled the order . That is the last time I use this service.

My order was placed with the wrong location. I called the restaurant and they said no problem we will not make your order but call seamless and get your refund or cancelation.
Seamless gave me the run around after 45 minutes and after talking to the manager. They said sorry we can’t get a hold of the restaurant so we can’t refund you. We will do something else for you.
What? The worst customer service I’ve ever had. I will never use them again.

This scam artist company banned me after filing a valid complaint and then wouldn’t let me to speak to a person and then emailed me that they would continue to charge me the fee for their premium service. All this after taking my hard-earned money for ten years. Disgusting.
Absolutely terrible service
Absolutely terrible service. I ordered delivery from Panera and the driver left my order sitting on the gate control panel, basically out in the street like it was trash. There was no attempt to deliver it properly, no call, no message—nothing. I had to go out and pick it up myself. This is completely unacceptable and shows zero professionalism. I do not recommend this service at all.

I placed an order through seamless. The delivery driver was Jianhui. He delivered the food to 10 Avenue instead of 12 Road. How can you mistake that? When I spoke to their customer care member Vanessa she said she couldn’t give me a refund. Very disappointing. With gps in cars and phones today there is NO excuse for delivering food to the wrong address. I am never ordering through Seamless again. Very unprofessional.
The Seamless app is a joke. Don't use it!
I used Seamless for an order today. Not only did it take an hour to get my food, but I had to go get it, even though I selected "delivery" .
Driver dropped off my food on the ground and drove away
That was the most horrible impersonal experience I've ever had an hour late and the driver sends me a picture of a pizza box dropped on the ground somewhere that I have no idea where it was because it wasn't at my house will never use this service again
Terrible Never Again
Terrible. I ordered through them for the first and last time. Beware the pin number. I noticed my house number was incorrect on my order and contacted their support to update it. After confirming the update the driver later asks me for the pin number. I send the pin number provided to me. Later they say the order was delivered. The order was not anywhere outside my home. I contact support asking for a refund or at least a reorder. They say "No. Because I confirmed with the pin." So dumb. Now i'm out $40 and calling the bank.
The windows are beautiful
The windows are beautiful. Well made. The fitters did a fantastic job. The finish is so neat and just a perfect finish. The lads also cleaned up after themselves. Really recomend seamless windows

Horrible customer service and arbitrary "refund" amounts. If you press them, they'll increase the amount, so-- what is the truth? Quit wasting your customer's time (and money).

I had an electr iCal problem at home. One of the switches in the power board was tripping. RACV emergency sent their (Seamless ) electrician. He spent some time and could locate the fault. He suggested that a more thorough investigation was required lasting 5 hours. Received a quote after three days saying that the detailed investigation would cost 865 dollars followed by further recommendation. Called an individual electrician. He looked at the switch board . Checked the switch that was tripping. Found it was faulty. Replaced it. And everything was all right . A new switch cost 65 dollars. He charged a total of 200 dollars.
Burned by default gratuity
Didn’t realize til I had already placed my order that I’d been charged a $33 tip for the driver(?!?). Was unable to cancel. Never using them again.

My order did not process and never arrived. I called the restaurant and they never received it. I provided all the information, card number, etc. When I called Seamless they couldn't help me at all. I had to order directly from the restaurant after waiting 2 hours. Now I have to wait another 45 minutes. Never using Seamless again
2nd ERROR IN A ROW (no refund this time)
For the 2nd order in a row, the driver did not follow instructions and left my food on the ground. I specifically instructed through the app to have face-to-face contact and a phone call upon delivery. When bringing the matter up with customer service rep Rodel, he would not refund the tip I gave the driver upon my request. The reason? Too many refunds processed to my account which was due to their lack of service. I am deleting the app/my account and am only leaving 1 star since I could not leave less. 0 stars in my book.
Seamless Employee Stole My Food
I am a long term customer and I had a delivery driver take a picture of my food in a parking lot holding my food that never arrived to my door step. It was $50 worth of food and 1 was a kids meal. The driver clearly stole my food as the app said delivered and there was no delivery so I simply called the phone number and all of a sudden it was out of service. Seamless offered me a $10 credit and my money back, meanwhile an employee or contractor stole $50 worth of food.

I wish I would have seen all these reviews before ordering thru Seamless. I placed a large order thru Seamless for a birthday party. I ordered a total of 6 pizzas and 4 breadsticks. None of these were delivered, and Seamless cancelled my orders. I sent a friend up to Little Ceasers to pick up the orders and then found out that someone from Seamless already picked it up. Terrible experience and ended up with 20+ people waiting another 1.5 hours for food. All Seamless did was offer me $0 delivery fees for the next 60 days.
