Frank the Dane, possibly the best sofa salesman in the world 🍺🙏👍

We went to look at sofas for our newly decorated lounge. We spoke to Frank the Dane who was humourous and answered the questions we asked. He understood what we needed and sent us further details, although the email didn't come through properly. We went back a few days later and Frank remembered us and what we wanted. He was patient and honest which made the process easy. Great service.

Very good experience in ScS Waterlooville, my wife and me went some time ago and met Frank the Dane who could actually sell ice to Eskimos. We gave ourselves a breather from looking for sofas but went back after a couple of months. You can have any material displayed in store on fitted on any of the sofas. All the staff in this store are very helpful but we inflicted ourselves on Frank once more and finally chose a sofa set. We would recommend this store and it has a large range of Italian furniture. If you are served by Frank he has a unique style which made the process very easy.

The store in waterlooville was light and refeshing to walk into.plenty of choice and i had help from a lovely sales lady called Jess.I purchased a Sofa bed that Jess helped me with a demonstration,Thankyou Jess i can recommend SCS

The overall experience from SCS was absolutely brilliant from the lady at the store to the delivery guys (Taha) who were very professional and polite. We were kept up to date the whole way. Would highly recommend SCS.

Both Alisa and Frank the Dane were a pleasure to deal with and made the whole sofa buying experience a pleasure. Left the shop feeling happier tbh a when we went in. With the bonus of a sofa on order.

The effort Frank the Dane put into making sure we had the right product, for comfort, size and colour, no pressure to buy on the first day we went in.

Frank The Dane! Frankie! Franko! I visited SCA and was welcomed by all the staff and had a fun experience choosing a sofa. I went to the dark side across the road (no names mentioned ) and very quickly came back to SCS and spent some time with Frank and his colleagues choosing colours ! The team have great rapport with each other and that makes the customers at ease. My only criticism is to please take the aprons away for them - it completely ruins their smart look. Keep selling Franko !

Very pleasant shopping experience. The showroom was well laid out with lots of choice. Jess was very helpful - not at all pushy but gave good advice and was very patient with us!

Ordered sofa from Waterlooville branch, and was very happy with service. Sofa came but delivery people could only get one half in. They said someone would contact in 24/48 hours as headrest would need removal, they made it sound easy. No call back so husband contacted customer service. Apparently we must pay £200 for this and I think there is one person in south east who is employed to complete the task. Now just living with half a corner sofa and no ETA on the other half. Would prefer to have been told truth about the issue - might not have agreed to keep it.

Tomorrow, 3rd September 2025, I should get the other half of the sofa corner unit. I've waited an extra 25 days, and it will cost £200. I'll update this if there are any more issues (fingers crossed).

Jake at the Waterlooville store served us and we had excellent customer service and he knew his stuff. Information received with reference to delivery date and the actual delivery was great too. Having previously not had a very good experience with SCS we thought we would try one more time as this was about 12 years ago. They have changed staff and owners and both the product and service was excellent this time.

Delivery was as expected n kept updated.All packaging was removed but no gliders that I paid for. Lovely staff.

Richard was excellent from the moment we walked in. He greeted us warmly and took the time to listen to what we were looking for in a sofa. He then pointed us in the right direction and gave us space to browse without any pressure. When we stopped at one we liked, he came over and explained all the available options clearly and helpfully. He was extremely knowledgeable and certainly not pushy. Thanks to his attentive and relaxed approach, we found the ideal sofa we were looking for. A really great experience!

We clarified what we wanted and was told that is what we would get. When delivered it was as the display in the showroom which we specified wasn't the layout we wanted. We have have emailed and was promised a phone call. We havent heard back. The sofa doesn't work for us and if we had been told the truth we would have picked something different. Not prepared to waste nearly £3000!

I purchased the Tunstall sofa set from SCS Waterlooville store, Store advisor Richard was very helpful with my choice with no hard sell. He advised me on measurements to go through an awkward small porch before going through the front door.
My sofas were delivered this week which  was just a few days past the estimated delivery time.
Delivery went smooth and delivery crew Neville and Stephen were friendly and professional, sofas were unwrapped and in living room very quickly. I was kept up to date with tracking the whole time and a call from delivery crew 15 minutes prior to arrival. I am very pleased with sofas, they look lovely and arrived in perfect condition, they are very comfortable.
I am very satisfied with the service received from beginning to end.  Thankyou
