Visited the Warrington store today and was welcomed by Carla. It was lovely to walk around in a relaxed environment. I viewed to sofas at my own pace and after deciding on one (the Orton) I wasn't rushed or given the hard sell. I chose the fabric and mulled it over a while, even had a couple of coffees and took full advantage of having a child free afternoon!!

Carla was so helpful with demonstrations of how the sofa could change form slightly to a daybed and nothing was too much trouble!

I must have spent well over an hour in the store, I felt so at ease and relaxed. I came out satisfied that I'd purchased a quality sofa which was right for myself and my family.

I met with Philippa who was super helpful and knowledgeable about all the SCS products. She was so patient as I viewed every sofa in the shop and also gave me time alone to peruse. I came away very happy with my purchase and very happy with the time I spent in the store. Totally enjoyable experience.

Dale was absolutely amazing! He was so knowledgeable on all of the products and fabrics and guided us with what sofas were best to suit our family and 2 cats whilst going for something we could afford. Dale was very patient as we are very indecisive people and he went the extra mile to help us through every step and explained everything thoroughly and answered any questions we had. Dale is such a friendly, approachable person and we definitely had a 5 star plus experience with him! :)

We came in to scs looking for a sofa for our new house and we were greeted by Philippa and Dale who were both super helpful and friendly. Overall lovely experience shopping here and came away with a great purchase!

Carla and Captain Sensible were the epitome of punk professionalism. They were kind, courteous and gave me food. Their product knowledge was excellent and they took the time to give us a first rate service. John (Captain S) needs to get his guitar off the wall and rock out more and Carla should have bacon butties on standby but otherwise both were faultless. I can't give a higher recommendation or more praise. Is Carla single? Asking for a friend...

Peter turned a stressful sofa buying experience in to a calm relaxed time.
From start to finish Peter was courteous, patient and very helpful.
Myself and my wife had our six year old daughter with us who has sensory needs and Peter was brilliant and very understanding with her.
After initially viewing several sofas in several of the local stores, we decided to buy from SCS, which was thanks to Peter.
Peter made the experience so much easier, he was very knowledgeable from start to finish and made us feel relaxed from start to finish.
Peter is a credit to SCS, if I could give more than 5 stars I would do.

Collected our new power armchair today. John the store manager did an excellent job of booking it out for us. On arrival, Raymond did all of the paperwork, had the chair ready for us to collect and helped us load it into the car. Raymond double checked to see if we needed any further help. Excellent service from Raymond at SCS.
