Got a leather settee due to movi g we left it in the box when we opened it it's damaged the store we got it from who initially said we could contact them if any issues told us no get in contact with customer service after 2days of 45 mins on calls and emails still in li.bo seems they take your money and disappear

After 4 laps ng months finally got delivery of our new sofa. Delivery men were great and efficient team in shop were good. Length of time to get delivery was rubbish.

Delivery team were fine but gliders for furniture had not been loaded and were therefore not delivered

Excellent service, shak was very friendly, polite and helpful, nothing seemed to be a problem for him, he found us different ways of mixing and matching to make sure we were 100% happy with our choice and since I have a bad back I'm not a straight forward customer. The place also smelt lovely. The whole experience was really enjoyable.

The lady was very helpful and knowledgeable and remembered me from last year. Good quality of furniture would recommend.

Very chatty new what he was on about spent a pleasant hour talking about the leather and quality thank you.

The two delivery men were very polite and put me at ease from start to the end. Unpacked and placed where I wanted and I was very happy.

I was kept up to date on delivery time. The 2 lads that delivered were polite and courteous and very professional. They were careful when entering the property to get the furniture indoors and set up in a timely manner. I couldn't praise them more. Over the moon with my new furniture. Great service from ordering to delivery.

We have now received our sofas on 20/3/25 & are very happy..but they have made a mistake by adding black legs to all the sofas as we requested silver
The men who were dropping them off said they would have a work with ScS & get them amended with a few days.
Still no outcome as yet.

The delivery drivers were very friendly, helpful, courteous, efficient and on time according to the email received on the morning of delivery.
The tracking link was helpful with regards to the vehicles whereabouts and our home however the time on the link was 2.5 hours out. I would suggest removing this aspect as could mean people expecting delivery may not be in.

Called in Wednesday and greeted by Manny. Very friendly and he was very helpful trying to meet our requirements. Promised we'd be back following day once we'd done some measurements which we did.
Took us nearly two hours working out the best permutations for a good sofa bed and a recliner settee. Got there in the end due to Mannys good advice and now just awaiting delivery.

1st team of delivery men could not get sofa through the front door and in the process gouged a hole in it , I now have to replace the door . 2nd team made a good job of bringing in the sofa unfortunately corner of the sofa is scuffed but hopefully can be repaired.

I ordered some furniture from the Wakefield store on 24/01/25, when I got home and checked my invoice I realised I had been incorrectly charged, one of the items was priced £278 more than I had been quoted and what was shown online. I visited the store to try to rectify this but the store manager was rude and unhelpful, promised to call me back but never did!

I left a 1 star review on here and I was contacted by Laura at customer services on 26/01/25 who agreed that I had been overcharged and had passed this on to the business support team to amend my invoice to reflect the correct price. I have email evidence of this.

It is now 09/03/25 and this has still not been actioned. I sent a follow up email to chase it up and received a response from Lynsey on 11/02/25 stating that it was still with the business support team.

I have waited very patiently for this simple change to be made but this is now a very unreasonable amount of time and I am left with no option but to escalate this into a formal complaint about the incompetence of the business support team and also the attitude of the Wakefield store manager.
