Excellent (and patient!) service from Penny at the Westwood Cross branch. We didn’t feel rushed into making a decision and she even helped me to download the finance agreement app and register for the first time when I was ‘all fingers and thumbs’. Five star service indeed!

We set two days choosing our sofas and chair. The first day we came in to browse and hadn't even measured our room. Martin T in the Thanet store explained how the store was set out, showed us the fabrics and pointed us in the right direction for what we were looking for. He kindly emailed us information so that we could go home, measure up and return the next day. On our return he took us through options, displaying colours and helping us choose an accent chair. He also explained the care package and checked every detail of the order with us. We were very grateful!
Martin was obviously very proud to work at Poltronersofa and spoke highly of the company, the products and his colleagues. We did not feel rushed or pressured into the purchase. All in all a positive experience! Thank you!

The staff are all friendly but don’t harass you if you’re just browsing, at no point did we feel like they were desperate to make a sale at any cost. When we needed advice, Aaron was really helpful and informative and helped us to choose the right sofa for our needs. He was patient and thorough but not pushy. He guided us through all our options and decision changes, and we left feeling confident with our choice.

Poltronesofa had a great variety of fabrics and although a long decision as way to many nice ones to choose from where not pushy.
