Friendly and helpful staff when I purchased my 2sofas. Though from order to delivery was rather a longer period than expected when they arrived the guys who delivered them were exceptionally helpful and professional . Well done all round

The crew were very good and efficient.
The only problem was the delivery time.
It was six hours later than we were told.

Brilliant. The young girl was extremely knowledgeable about the chair we were interested in. That's why we bought two. So cannot wait to get them.

Delivery service was great, deliver on the day I was advised, messaged a few days before and the night before delivery then a phone call about half an hour before they delivered.

My 2nd order was cancelled after the first was delivered in wrong colour. Now got to wait 10+ weeks for next delivery. First ordered last November 🤦‍♀️

Got a customized DELEBIO sofa from SCS Swindon and after 6 months the leather starts sagging and the hooks starts coming off and to make matters worse one of the legs broke off. They made us pay for 5 years warranty and insurance so we called to report the issues, they sent a dodgy guy who spent less than 5 mins looking at the sofa and reported to them that the issues are invalid. Now we have been left with an over £3k sofa that is missing a leg and wonky leather. what a service, best to buy better quality Sofa from other shops than to depend on after service, they have no idea of what that is

I loved the pleasant aroma as I walked through the door. It was so refreshing and mellow mood enhancing. The showroom was nice and spaced out, not overly crammed which gave it a nice open feel. The quality of sofas was superb. Staff were friendly but the one thing I didn’t like was after a welcoming interaction the member of staff followed me around I would have much preferred to have been left to freely roam around without the staff member constantly following me, though I will say the staff member was extremely helpful. The only other thing I didn’t not like was the person who served me smelt of cigarette smoke. Other than that the whole experience was great.

Alex was so helpful, really patient with us and just genuinely a lovely person! Would give more stars if I could! He was even patient with our daughter running riot and rearranging all the blankets on the displays! Thank you so much
