Service and price were great. Long delivery dates. However, product delivered and several queries with the quality. The company may be italian owned but the product was manufactured locally.

We were greeted by rob who was very friendly and informative we wanted a 3 seater sofa bed with matching 3 seater sofa and were very impressed by the depth of the mattress which exceeded any of the other sofa beds we had viewed looking forward to delivery

The quality of the sofas was excellent. We really liked the way they came carefully wrapped & enclosed in cardboard boxes to ensure they weren’t damaged in transit! The delivery men were extremely careful & expert & gave excellent advice regarding caring for our sofas. Perhaps most importantly they were extremely polite!

The salesman who tended to us was polite and extremely helpful,explained about recliner furniture as thatis what we wanted, didn't push let us browse at leisure, when we chose what we liked he showed us the different colour and styles, he also showed us runners to move furniture easier, and at 74 and 75 thats a great help, I couldnt fault the whole experienc at all, well done Paltron

From walking in the shop door and getting bowled over by that amazing aroma that was being vented in, we were met by Martin who instantly put us at ease and never put the overt ‘sales pitch’ and outshines on us. Left us to wander the store and experience all the sofas we liked and came back at just the right time to offer some advice or ask a question. Top sales person and we couldn’t be happier with our new sofa on order that was picked by us with the helpful taste and eye of Martin.

Furniture arrived. It was unpacked and assembled and all the packaging taken away. It looks great.

Martin at Stockton on tees was so patient in helping us pick the right sofa for us, making sure it would fit in the space we have and the correct colour. He couldn’t have been more helpful. The two men that delivered the sofa were also friendly and carefully delivered the sofa, taking the time to decide which way would be best to bring the sofa in. The finished product looks lovely and is very comfy!

Overall experience was good, however tracking system was dreadful, resulting in a lot of stress when a text came through with 48hours notice with an old sofa set to dispose of
