Myself and my wife visited your Stirling store on Saturday 27th June and from the moment we walked in we were made to feel welcome by Steve, the sales assistant. We were not put under any pressure and were able to walk around and browse at our leisure. When we saw a suite we liked Steve was very informative and took time to show us how everything worked and showed us alternative fabrics on request.
Steve made the sales process easy and explained everything that we needed to know about after sales and delivery and maintenance.
For a first time in your store this was a very pleasurable experience and I would have no problems in recommending you to friends and family.

The salesman ( Raymond) at your Stirling store was very knowledgeable and professional and made it easy to finally choose my furniture. He wasn't in your face nor pushy unlike some salesmen in other stores.

From choosing, purchasing, updates and delivery my whole experience was exceptional!
The delivery crew were also friendly, polite and caring which made me feel relaxed as I was agitated hoping they manage to get the furniture in our house before my husband got home from day care as he has advanced dementia. However, what a team. Gold stars to them all!!!

Sales staff were pleasant and helpful as were the delivery driver and assistants , I payed for sliders for couches but when they arrived driver informed me they had run out and would get in touch when they come in . All in I’m pleased with my buy

My wife and I both love the sofas, which we bought whilst they were on offer, plus free delivery. The delivery was trouble-free and I was kept informed of the van location and expected delivery time. Delivery staff were on top of their job with good customer skills. Only down side was the lengthy time between ordering and delivery, but very satisfied overall with the purchase and service.

They were able to pull out all the stops and find us 2 off, 2 Seater leather Sofas in a colour that we liked. Also a quick delivery.
