Excellent stress free delivery today
Sofa delivered today, I was contacted with approx time of delivery yesterday, then received text today, to confirm narrower one hour time slot, plus tracking advice to keep up to date. Paul and Sean were my delivery drivers, very friendly, worked very professionally, bringing the sofa into my living room, removing plastic covering and fitting caps to make sliding easier. All done in about 10 minutes, no stress, no fuss

They couldn’t get the settee in the house, one of the delivery drivers showed no interest, me and my wife managed to get it in

Brilliant Service
Brilliant service from start to finish even with issues. Bought an ex display model initially and needed the foams replacing after 6 months. Foam went again shortly after along with the lumbar support area so we chose another sofa as a replacement. I honestly can't fault the customer service given at any point. They have been brilliant in sorting us out and hopefully our new sofa is right for us. Excellent delivery service with plenty communication and tracking.

Excellent friendly customer service!!!
The lads were lovely, worked well together and made the whole experience stress free for my 81 year old mother. They even took the plastic wrappers off in a way I could use them again to wrap the old sofas up for the council to collect. Thank you 😊

EXCEPTIONAL SERVICE
The saleslady was extremely helpful,and knowledgeable. I am disabled and she assisted me with the stairs, offerred good advice about appropriate seating for my needs and didn't try to force us to buy. She even let us out of the side door to save us going down the stairs on the way. Exceptional service.
