Went in just on the off chance as looking for a new sofa, I cannot thank the 2 gentleman Andrew and micheal who were amazing so helpfully and made the shopping experience easy, sofas ordered now cannot wait for delivery again thank you so much for your help, also very impressed with what is covered in the insurance

Staff at the Slough Depot
Staff at the Slough Depot, especially the manager Michael were very helpful and knowledgeable of the products we were interested in. Very friendly and confident without being overly insistent on getting a sale.

Exceptional customer service
Michael and Andrew were absolutely phenomenal this afternoon (24/7/24 around 5.15pm) when I came into the store a little bit shaken up and explained I needed to find an armchair with quite a specific requirements.
I outlined what I needed to find, and the fact I needed the armchair for delivery as soon as possible. Michael immediately lead me to a powered armchair which was available for express delivery and also mentioned a second chair which might be suitable. Whilst he went off to plug in the second chair, Andrew sat with me with the first chair and showed me how it worked.
I went to see the second armchair (which I subsequently went on to purchase) and Michael spent a good 20 mins discussing and showing me how it worked - he even showed my fiancé how the chair worked on a video call. He also confirmed that delivery could actually happen this evening!
After discussing with my fiancé (who was in need of said armchair following major surgery to fix his severely broken leg), we decided to purchase said armchair. (Andrew even lead me to another sofa where I could charge my phone for a short while as it was dying!) delivery was swiftly arranged for this evening and costing was clearly explained.
The delivery guys arrived with the armchair at around 7.45pm and set it up in our living room. 2 and a half hours from initially seeing the chair to being in one living room - outstanding service all round!
Throughout the entire process, Michael was calm, knowledgable and incredibly kind and sympathetic to our situation and never once made me feel like an inconvenience for asking so many questions! Thank you so much for your kindness.

The customer service from Andrew the store manager at Slough was quite simply outstanding . I contacted ScS at Northampton, Warrington and Slough and Andrew was by far the most helpful and knowledgeable with Raj from Watford also being very helpful too, but Andrew went the extra mile by sorting out the purchase and delivery of my chosen sofa for me in a friendly efficient and very timely manner . He provided excellent customer service

Extremely rude staff and unhelpful
Extremely rude staff, delivery staff and shop manager Graham. Stay far off this shop. I made the mistake of buying from this company and It is a scam. When I complained I was shouted at by Graham the manager very aggressively. They sell without scruples and will just take your money and after sales support is horrible also. Noone answers calls from support team. Stay sensible by avoiding this company. Plenty of other good options nearby..

Great sofa excellent service from start to finish. The salesman was great and very patient with us as me and my partner are indecisive and argued about what we wanted. The delivery guys were on time and kept us updated until it arrived and they were so helpful and kind to the kids who were running around and just getting in the way..
