Chair
My recliner chair is very nice and I am happy with it.
The sales lady was very good - no problems.
It was reduced and I paid for it and delivery (£80 seemed high for one chair.) It could not be delivered for a couple of weeks for some reason.
On returning to the store a week later the chair was still in the window uncovered for anyone to sit on , and potentially mark. I was not happy as l had already paid for it and didn't want random people sitting on it.
I voiced my concerns and lack of space was blamed; it was moved to the back.
We had the usual reminders about delivery times which were broken but the delivery staff were polite and managed the chair well.

Shocking communication.
No communication from the store whatsoever. Trying to contact anyone from the company is an absolute joke. No direct phone number. Have to be on hold for nearly 2 hours sometimes. Never did manage to speak to anyone, apart from when they phoned me to place the order. Didn’t receive any proof of a deposit. Had to go to into the store, which wasn’t local, to ask for updates & proof of payment! Only then was I told of a delivery date, which I was unaware of. Then had to rearrange work commitments due to the short notice.
Cannot fault the delivery team, they were prompt, efficient and very polite.
As for the company, totally unimpressed.
Luckily I’m happy with the products I received. Would be hesitant to use them again.

Excellent experience
The sales agent, whos name escapes me was very helpful and has helped a couple of times before. Very knowledgeable polite and patient. Joe and Mark who delivered the furniture were also fantastic. Called before arriving, took care in the property and even helped to dismantle the old settee from us. Had the new one in and ready to go in no time. Great experience from start to finish. Thanks everyone involved

From purchase of ex display leather sofa,s from scunthorpe scs to delivery communication has been excellent, Store salesperson was helpful, patient and respectful a credit to the store and delivery team Tommy and Nate were on time and completed a heavy awkward manouvere to get the large sofa in the room with good humour and patience Thank-you

Great service with no hard sell

Just received delivery of my new sofa…
Just received delivery of my new sofa on 27th August and it is just perfect for my lounge. The delivery team quickly assembled it and demonstrated how to operate the recliners before they left. A very good experience from shopping in the store, where the staff were very helpful and there were a large number of sofas to view, to finally taking delivery of the sofa,

Perfect delivery
Perfect delivery, Joe and Mark were fab. Nothing was to much trouble for them, all unwrapped and checked by them and put the sofa legs together. Delivery was expected in a certain time frame and let us know when they were coming.

ScS Scunthorpe branch
I really do not like salespeople pouncing on me the second I step over the threshold and the guys at the Scunthorpe branch did not disappoint me. They acknowledged me politely and offered their help when I was ready. A very helpful young man made me a coffee and chatted to me about their products, of which he had good knowledge.

The right sofa for us …
I ordered a 2 seater Lazy Boy recliner sofa from the Scunthorpe Store. Jack was very knowledgeable and helpful and made sure I got exactly the right piece of furniture and a perfect deal for me. The waiting period for delivery is really good. Overall I’m very happy with everything!!

A very helpful gentleman
A very helpful gentleman, without the usual feeling of been pushed into anything.
His knowledge of the products was outstanding, he even explained the difference between the fabrics to us.
