We had our new suite delivered today from SCS. Aaron and Todd were excellent. Great service, respected our property and made sure we were happy before they left. We have had a great service from SCS from going into the store to buy the suite, right up to the delivery today. I would definitely use SCS again

These comments are specifically for Alan and Rash at the Scunthorpe store. Both these guys bent over backwards to help us with chairs, sofas, tables and carpet - I cannot come d them highly enough for their advice and patience !

The whole experience was great, no pressure sales, no following us around, the guy who served us only approached us when we were ready. He was friendly, informative and very in tune with our needs in regard to purchasing a recliner chair for my husband, nothing was too much trouble, I feel that furniture shop staff have got the it just right regarding selling, and not pressuring you as soon as you walk in, we sat with our salesperson very comfortably with tea and coffee made for us, he was incredibly helpful, priced every single version of the furniture we looked at to compare cost. We were happy to purchase our furniture following a very in depth conversation as to what was included in the sale. A very smooth and enjoyable experience!

Nice clean and relaxed showroom with plenty of choice. Staff left me in peace to look around before offering assistance and when he did, he was very helpful which made my purchase hassle free, definitely recommend to friends 👍🏻

Emma was very friendly but not pushy. Impressively , she remembered us from a previous visit a couple of weeks earlier which made the experience much more personal. She was knowledgeable about the sofas on sale and explained the different guarantees that came with the suite very clearly.
The store manager (apologies to him as I never caught his name) was also very knowledgeable and helpful when it came to the final sale.
Overall, a very pleasant shopping experience.

Excellent service throughout- did not pester when looking around the store but available when requested to answer any questions. Excellent delivery service really like the time slot as allows flexibility. Delivery guys really friendly and cleared away the packaging. Told they had stepped in to deliver last minute so really appreciated that to avoid disappointment. Thank you🤗

Came in recently with mum to buy a two seater sofa, the salesman was extremely friendly knowledgeable and helpful. We were all set to buy a merial 2 seater sofa then had a change of heart and wanted to look at the leather ones. Salesman was brilliant, very understanding and proceeded to assist us. Brilliant service.

Surveyor priced up job. Payment was taken in full and advised a call would be received to arrange fitting. When call came it was to advise carpet no longer stocked. Had to call customer services to request full refund.
