From purchasing the item on the shop floor to the fabulous delivery service sent on behalf of SCS from NWT. I can't fault it the item is perfect and delivery was a breeze. The delivery crew were exactly on time and took extra care when bringing the sofa in. A fabulous job overall by a reputable company

Fantastic service from Colby & David the delivery team from SCS today. My suite was delivered on time when they said . They were both polite and professional during the fitting of the parts to the suite and respected my home . Went above & beyond my expectations. Don’t be conned with the delivery of the sofa as it won’t come. Delivered the fabric care kit with no sofa and then have an email to say your order has been delivered!
Looks like a great delaying tactic.
Left with nothing to sit on.
Never again !!

I purchased a Norbello corner sofa along with a 5-year guarantee. Shortly after the purchase, my home situation changed, and I needed to update the delivery address. I had to visit their Rotherham office three times, and each time I was told different requirements for changing the address.

After finally resolving this, the sofa was delivered but without the protective kit that was included in my order. More importantly, the bottom of one section was cracked upon arrival. They promised to send someone to fix it, but I’m not sure how they will handle it, as my experience so far has been disappointing.

I also have to visit their office again to collect the protective kit, as they refused to post it to me, causing more unnecessary inconvenience, time, and expense.

Additionally, the quality of the sofa is not the same as the one I saw in the showroom. The moving part easily comes off its support, and the cushions are much softer than the display model, which makes it uncomfortable.

Overall, I’m very disappointed with both the product and the service, and I would not purchase a sofa from them again.

Store staff at Rotherham were great, they knew what we wanted before we did!! 😀 Great price and super fast delivery. We were kept fully informed of delivery day and got an email with a delivery window and then a call to say when they were actually going to arrive. Sofa fitted exactly where we wanted and crew were very respectful of our home. Thank you Josh and Harry. 👍🏻👍🏻

This review is for the delivery of my furniture, the 2 guys attending were simply great, polite, friendly, on time and professional.
It wasn't their fault that SCS messed our order up and sent the wrong colour settee.
But the delivery guys explained what would happen and said they would report the issue.

Very helpful, delayed delivery due to a family issue.
Delivery and assembly quick, efficient, and everything left tidy.

The experience with ScS has been very good so far, everything was straight forward and I'm pleased with my furniture.

Decided to buy two settees but had a lot of problems making a final decision. Pauline was so patient and friendly.

The young man Nathan that looked after us was brilliant,He made us a coffee and was really helpful and lovely as was all the staff

From ordering to delivery,the service and quality of product has been excellent!
We walked into the Parkgate store just to browse and was met by a fantastic tam member who was polite friendly and unpushy,we went through our options and purchased our sofa explaining we couldn't take delivery until the end of September,this was not a problem!
The updates were thorough and exact and our sofa was delivered on time by a great team of guys that were helpfull and great at their jobs

Went into Rotherham store for a look around, spoke with Luke and ended up purchasing a 3 and 2 seater sofas the whole sale went through smoothly and all queries answered. Arrangements were made for delivery which went exactly as planned. Both Luke and Perry were very professional handling everything very carefully and assembling and placing everything where we wanted. They were early and the whole process was quick. Very professional and friendly young lads

Delivery guys rang to say they would be early which was a bonus.
Very friendly and pleasant, this was the second delivery attempt as previously the furniture would not fit through our porch, but the crew that came today were excellent and with a few adjustment did a great job. Sofas look beautiful.

Good updates provided re: arrival time, delivered when expected, made up relatively quickly, took away all packaging, which was great. Both friendly and took care not to damage flooring

Sales team in dundee store were amazing and so helpful, how ever the after sales team utterly ridiculous, sofa damaged on delivery and returned 6 weeks later still no sofa! no communication at all, overall awful experience.
