We are really pleased with our new sofas. Much better than we thought they would be.We love the fabric and the colour choices we made. Delivery on time and kept updated with the time of delivery. All... Vis mer

Great service from all concerned the only thing that didn’t get them 5 stars was one of the sofa units was not joined correctly in the centre one of the joints had been missed

Went into Rotherham store near Park gate, and was amazed at the showroom with plenty suites to pick from, as we would not have shopped in SCS for anything as they didn't have a good reputation in furn... Vis mer

We entered the Rotherham store with a bit of hesitation as we hate being quizzed and pestered, but to our delight pritta was on the door with a warm smile not too pushy and explained clearly all about... Vis mer

Best sofa store in UK

We had a great experience at Poltronesofa. From the moment we entered the store, we were warmly welcomed and professionally assisted throughout the entire process. The team presented the offer clearly, listened to our needs, and genuinely cared about helping us choose the best sofas for our new home. Excellent customer service and a very pleasant shopping experience. Highly recommended!

Great showroom with plenty of furniture

Went into Rotherham store near Park gate, and was amazed at the showroom with plenty suites to pick from, as we would not have shopped in SCS for anything as they didn't have a good reputation in furniture .Sean the young salesman was very helpful and professional and nothing was too much trouble for him. We loved a suite, but not colour and we where able to pick the material we wanted and the colour, which was ideal for us. The furniture is not cheap so we hope it is going to be as good as they say and looking forward to receiving it

Spot on!

We called into the store at Parkgate retail World, Rotherham and was greeted by a young chap called Nathan who was very helpful and extremely knowledgeable he made us feel at ease and found us exactly what we wanted! We can't thank the guy enough he was great and the suite is to die for, we are both extremely happy and so glad we called in at Poltronesofas 👍😀

Sofa and delivery great

Delivery was great and the sofa is Lovely. The main issue I have is that I have been charged for delivery yet there has been offers on since I purchased my sofa with free delivery. I called to ask about this but I was told that is ordered my sofa now and nothing could be done. Other companies honour new deals prior to delivery - you should do the same.
