We have just bought our new sofa and couldnt be happier with the service we received from Garry. He was so friendly and helpful and just a credit to the store. We were also very Impressed with the store itself, so much choice and high quality products. Would highly recommend to buy from this store.

I ordered 2 couches a 3seater and a 2 seater. When I ordered them I shown the salesman pictures and video of where they needed to be delivered to, I was informed it would not be a problem. When I was informed of the delivery date I telephoned the store and explained exactly where they needed to make the delivery and again I was told that it would not be a problem. I was telephoned at 6.30am and told they would be there for 7am. When 2 big guys turned up they refused to make the delivery said it was like going through a wood, it's 50 yards down a canal path. Within the last 8 weeks Wren have delivered a full kitchen and Easy Bathrooms have delivered a full bathroom, builders have delivered tons of building materials all with no problem SCS any excuse not to do the job they have been paid for. Once tbdy have got your money they don't give a 💩. I am 78 years old and now they expect me to move 2 couches from the footpath 🤬🤬.

All staff were so helpful and friendly. No pressure and encouraged to wander round at leisure. There is a massive choice of colours and combinations.

Avoid at all costs! My dad is nearly 80 and ordered two sofas he showed the salesman where it was to be delivered to by showing him photo & video because access is via a pathway. He was told on a number of occasions it would be no problem. Prior to delivery he called and advised of the path leading to property and again was told no problem. 2 big guys arrived to deliver yesterday they said would not consider attempting delivery. My dad was stunned, the path is really not that bad it’s almost amusing these guys wouldn’t attempt it. Within 24 hours they have now informed him if he wants a refund he will have to contact the ombudsman. Despite explaining and checking multiple times regarding access, the salesman had him sign a contract stating they are in their right to not deliver but did not explain the exclusions or he would never have ordered. The store manager now claims that the salesman no longer works for them (very convenient).
I cannot believe this is how they treat any customer.

Keeps you up to date with times etc. .the delivery men were nice and polite and efficient

We went to look on the bank holiday Monday and made a short list. We then visited the store at Elk Mill Retail Park, Oldham on Saturday. The staff member was polite and curteous, when we asked for assistance he was brilliant. We had been talking privately about the cat and the sofa, the sales assistant asked if we had concerns about our cat and we admitted that he had previously clawed the furniture. He then told us about a fabric that was more animal proof, showed us samples, taking them to the natural light and told us about insurance that may cover that problem. There was no big sell or pushy salesman, he was polite and informative. We did order a suit and left feeling very happy with the service that we received. I wish I could remember his name but he was a credit to the store.

Great company the staff very helpful, and the delivery guys were fantastic they couldn't do enough for you, very professional and friendly all the travelling and carrying the sofas up and down the lifts in the sweltering temperatures got the thumbs up from me 👍

We put our review up on Tuesday after we got our sofa and chair but we think it may of been a bit quick as we had 2 marks on the chair as we had said that the driver took pics and reported it told us we would be
Contacted by customer services to resolve the marks on the chair within 48 hours and it’s now5 days and heard nothing ??????

Great experience from in store to final delivery and really pleased with our 2 settees

We received a text the week before delivery to let us know what day the furniture was due. We had an email on the day with an half hour time slot for delivery and a link to track it. The delivery was spot on time and the delivery guys, Mark and Glynn, were brilliant. They fitted everything together and took all the packaging away with them. We were really pleased with the service.

Nice friendly environment with a large choice.The salesman was extremely helpful and patient;he established my needs and budget and I made my selection.The finance paperwork was simple and explained to me very well.Delivery was promised and the settee arrived as promised and the drivers rang to confirm.The two men were very friendly and efficient.Happy with every aspect of the sale The only regret is that I've forgotten the name of the salesman as he deserves a shout out.He was an Asian young man and could not have been more helpful.

so many styles and fabrics to chose from
My only grievance is, if I order a style, and I want it in the same type of fabric, just a different shade,there is and additional charge of £50. If I was chosing a leather covering, or a more expensive fabric, then I would expect to pay more.I really don't understand why, when the suite is being made anyway, why it has to cost £50 extra, because it isn't the colour,but same fabric type as on display in the showroom.

I love how she is friendly rather than hard sell.
She spent time with me on two visits to make sure I got the perfect sofas.
