Great sofa buying experience
Wailur was a great salesman and did his best for us throughout the process. We were made to feel welcome and could take as long as we needed to select the right sofa for us.

Sales staff are patient
Sales staff are patient, friendly, warm and welcoming. I needed to change my delivery date and that was simple no hassle. The drivers were brilliant and left no mess. Highly recommend!

Great service through out
Great service through out, really friendly and helpful staff in store. Lots of options and styles for sofas in the store. Delivery ran smoothly and plenty of updates on when it would arrive.

Fabulous sofas and footstool
Fabulous sofas and footstool, the only downside is that it took months to arrive and they wouldn't take my old three piece away. Apart from those niggles I love the new look in my lounge.

All the staff are friendly
All the staff are friendly, helpful and attentive. Waliur served us and couldn't be more helpful. Enthusiastic in selling, patient with questions and talking us through the process. Buying at Poltronè Sofa was a good experience.
