Service was very good, staff member was very helpful and knowledgeable.

The delivery guys were polite and respectful both when they arrived and during the installation.
Unfortunately, they did not know how to operate the sofa bed.
On the day notice of delivery, and the tracker were not inline. Both gave different delivery times.

My delivery was four and a half hours later than I was told - I was never told it was going to be later. I had to ring to find out what was happening as I also was unable to use the tracker. After this the tracker magically began to work! The crew who delivered were excellent and it’s absolutely not their fault, but 4 and a half hours late is really not good enough!

Letting me know the day before the delivery the time slot for the my items arriving and then on the day giving the approximate time of arrival. The care they made getting items into my home and how quick they were doing their job.

Delivery was earlier than expected. They phoned ahead of the delivery. Very friendly and professional.

Although we had to wait almost 4 months it was worth it. The information on delivery was first class and the delivery team did an excellent job of assembling and installing our recliner sofa and 2 chairs. We are very happy with our Poltronesofa and chairs.

Just ordered a new sofa and therefore can’t comment on the quality, delivery etc but we were very impressed with the store at the Metrocentre. We went to the store on 2 occasions before we placed an order and both times Clem looked after us. He was very helpful, friendly and patient with us whilst we dithered about the material and colour choices. He is an absolute credit to the store! We look forward to delivery of our new sofa.

We were made to feel very welcome in a relaxed and friendly atmosphere by a very professional gentleman (don’t remember hes name) just remember he was from Ghana but he needs a special mention for fantastic service. He was so helpful with giving us advice and assisting us with our needs. Overall we were both super happy and would advise anyone looking for a sofa to look no further in terms of quality and service this can’t be beaten

We entered the store and was immediately was met by a very nice gentleman, he stayed with us throught and didn't push us into buying something we didn't want, he was very helpful and informative regarding the whole process
