Sales staff in shop were fabulous- polite & helpful. Disappointed that the delivery charge was so expensive (£100) when buying a single chair of £1000. To make matters worse we waited nearly 3 months for delivery and the delivery staff were grumpy & unhelpful.

The guy I spoke to was lovely and very friendly. If I needed another sofa I’d definitely go and find him straight away or send whoever I know to talk to him as he was very helpful. The delivery was quicker than expected which was great they was very friendly and they put the sofa in really quick and did it in the heat also

The best part was the free delivery and the amazing discount. Besides the sofa I chose, there were many other beautiful and unique models in the showroom.
I was also lucky to receive excellent customer service on the day of my purchase. I never thought buying a sofa could be such a pleasant experience. I left the store in a great mood and very happy with my purchase.

Brilliant service from start to finish

Liam and Paul delivered the sofa Monday, so helpful. I we were still having the flooring installed. So they put the sofa in the garage.. my builders managed to get it in the living room, having to take the window out🤦‍♀️.. it’s in now, It looks amazing ….
