We went into the Loughborough branch and it was lovely and relaxed atmosphere,we had a lovely salesman cant remember his name but think it began with an O,very helpful and knew his stuff.

Still disappointed no response
Still disappointed no response - they have my money they don’t care now . Lots of other furniture suppliers like Furniture village and DFS offering lower priced products better quality. Think before you order from SCS. Speaking from own personal experience.

Good service, good communications
My experience with SCS in Loughborough was a good one. The sales staff were helpful, without being pushy, ordering was straightforward and payment terms flexible. The delivery date was as indicated in store and I was kept informed of the progress of the delivery on the day. The real time tracking was helpful. The delivery drivers were very friendly. My only negative was that I had to re-arrange the initial delivery date on the phone, I was told to call back in a few days but a second date was arranged without consultation and I had to take time away from work to be available

Perfect Experience
Stress Free experience from start to finish. We brought our sofas from Loughborough store and the staff were amazing helpful and friendly and helpful us get the best deal. The Sofas were delivered on time . The 2 guys that delivered Kieran & Ehis were friendly polite and professional I couldn't be any happier 5 * all the way

Perfection from start to delivery went to…
Perfect from start to delivery went to scs loughborough found the suite we liked chris the sales man was very helpful ,We were kept informed about progress and given a delivery date, the day before delivery got an estimate of the time it would arrive, and on the day got a phone call from the delivery team steve and damianos to let us know they would be with us in half an hour, could not wish for a better service. No pushy salesmen/women
Decided to have a look at new sofas and were pleased with the professionalism of the staff. Not pushed into anything and were allowed to browse at our leisure. Only time contact was made was when we were ready to ask the questions we needed answers to. All round great experience.
