Peter was amazing. This is my first time purchasing a sofa suite. I had no idea what was available and what I can have, what is best for fitting etc. He let me look at the pet safe options for the material, and explained professionally what options are better. Peter also explained to me what was covered, and offered me the gliding option which was a feature I wanted and needed and it was no issue to request. Peter demonstrated the Lift and Raise recliner option and i left incredibly happy with my choices and delivery time. I cannot sing Peter's and the stores praises enough.

Lies lies lies! I have never been so disappointed in a company. Even when we thought the issue was resolved again, the opposite is done!

Super helpful in store picking out the sofa including the delivery guys who delivered to us, they were patient, friendly and quick. They took all the rubbish and placed the sofas exactly where I wanted them. Huge thumbs up from me!

The products are very good quality and are extremely comfortable, with a great choice of options. Italians do it best!
Pete was very helpful and knowledgeable -it was an absolute pleasure to deal with him. Would highly recommend.

Me and my partner went to buy a sofa from here and wasn’t to sure on what we exactly wanted, Pete was so so helpful! He showed us all the different options sizes,colours and add on options untill we had made our decision. Would definitely recommend these guys everyone we spoke to was incredibly helpful.

Delivery was excellent. Tracking and notifications were really helpful. Delivered slightly early which was great and both the guys were friendly and professional. Sofa wrapping taken away and legs were attached. Sits nicely in the living room. Well done.

Bought a settee and a dining table bench set.
Dont bother, stitching is ripping under the arms of settee and the face of the covering has come away from the backing of the bench dining set! Looks absolute mess.
You expect it to last longer than 3.5 years. No children, no pets had both once and the furniture didn’t do that with teenagers using them.
If you get in touch about it, you are told out of guarantee. Shop around folks don’t be taken in by the appearance. Neither were cheap either, can’t even use, buy cheap get cheap!
Oh and the call out fee if you haven't taken out the extended warranty(read comments further down) was expensive, we were just literally out of the guarantee

Sofa falling to bits after 3 years.
Material worn through, saggy, broken electric switch and recliner mechanism just absolutely all over the place.
Complaints process is a joke
Guarantee and insurance not worth the paper it's written on
And very dodgy inspection process for claim.
I will be dumping this sofa outside store and sitting their with a sign telling people to avoid scs at all costs

We received messages the day before with a am time slot 7-12, the delivery men called at about 6:10am & said would be here in 20 minutes. They arrived when they said & brought in the new sofa, took away the packaging & checked everything was working before they left. Polite & friendly service.

Excellent service cannot fault this company it arrived before the date they emailed and messaged us the time too. Drivers telephoned half an hour before .

We visited the store on the 19th January and was greeted by a sales representative immediately.
Very helpful in getting the sale and we purchased our new sofa and advised eta for delivery was 14th March.
On getting closer to the eta I had no contact so I looked online and the eta had been moved to the 18th April I tried to contact customer services via telephone without success and left a message for them to return the call. We attended the shop we made the purchase from for update as the new date was not acceptable. We has greeted by the same sales man who I can only say was extremely rude he advised the original date was only an ETA and that that could change from up to 4 weeks was the original date actually an ETA then ?? I asked so why was this not the date you give us on the paperwork I also advised that the new date was not within 4 weeks but longer we received no apology and was told repeatedly that we had been advised that the dates may change which we had not else I would not of disposed of my old sofa and again the response was why would you dispose of your old sofa !! Well where are you going to put my new one.
Customer services called me back 72 hours to advise they could not give any details on deliveries !!
Again coming close to my new delivery date and not hearing from SCS I looked online again only for the date to be have been changed again to 25th April.
Once again coming close to the 25th April I checked online again and yes you know it date changed to 30th April.
We eventually had our sofa on 2nd May.
The customer services from this company has been shocking apart from when they want the sale at no point have I received any verbal communication with the company in regards to my order nor an apology I would never recommend this company to anybody.
I also suspect despite leaving this review I will still hear nothing nor receive an apology or any compensation ***AVOID AT ALL COSTS***

Great service by the Manager Peter Smith. He suggested the best options for me spending a lot of time suggesting different options until we found the best sofas at a great price. Then helped finding the fabric taking time until we found something we liked. Overall an excellent service.

Does anyone work in the calls office? Iv been calling for 2 days no answer expected my sofa weeks ago and still no idea what's happening!!!!!!

Excellent service from start to finish. Popped into the store to browse and closed a deal on a new sofa the same afternoon. The loughborough store has loads of space and an excellent range of choice. All the staff I encountered were friendly and easy to talk to. The salesman who I closed the deal with was excellent and overall really pleased with the whole experience. Thank you so much for all your help!

I just went to have a browse of the sofas, unsure of what I really wanted and was greeted by Michael who was amazing from start to finish! He helped me find something that would fit in my small house, didn't pressure me to go for anything out of my budget and he helped me get a fantastic deal with the sofa to be delivered the next day!
He took so much time going through everything with me and my mum and just chatting which was so lovely. It's not very often that you get someone willing to take so much time with you. He really is an asset to the company!
