Shop was well displayed so many lovely sofas to choose from staff was very attentive took there time explaining questions we asked about sofas and choice of colours. Highly recommend Poltronesofa

Very happy with the 2 seater sofa bought at the Fort , Glasgow in March. The downside was the long wait for delivery in July although I was aware of that at the time of buying. My money was therefore tied up with your company. Delivery was excellent with 2 friendly deliverers.

Emily made the entire ordeal of getting a couch simple and easy for us. As first time home buyers we had no idea how to really do anything, but looking for a couch was one less worry. Emily helped us around the shop, emailed details of ones we liked, and stayed in contact with me throughout the whole process. She even managed to get us the best deal and allowed us to collect us early, everything we could ever need. Shes the sweetest girl!

I recently visited Poltronesofà at Glasgow Fort and received outstanding service from Emily. She approached us with a warm, helpful manner and took the time to understand what we were looking for. Her product knowledge was excellent — she recommended several suitable sofas and even advised on colour choices that would complement our living room.

Emily provided a clear list of the models we were considering, allowing us to review everything at our own pace. Poltronesofà were offering free delivery and a generous discount at the time, which was greatly appreciated.

We proceeded with 0% interest and £0 deposit finance, and the entire process was seamless. Emily guided us through each step and kept us fully informed.

Fantastic experience. Derek was amazingly helpful, left us to have a good look and went through the purchasing process throughly explaining everything well.

The staff member warmly welcomed my husband, our daughter and I at the front door, invited us to browse and explained what the different labels on the couches meant. She left us to explore and was back offering help and advice when we needed it. She brought various options, fabrics, colours and was very patient giving us time to discuss. She was extremely friendly and more than helpful and made the visit to the store a pleasure.

Your sales assistant was very helpful with everything, I cannot fault her I can't remember her name but she's very good at her job.

ÌOrdered 2×2 seater recliners 14th February delivered 20th June returned on delivery date as 1 sofa out of alignment told by phone call on 26th june they would reorder sofas and send out damaged ones to use till replacements delivered then on same day was told expert had decided sofa wasn't out of line.This company is a disgrace to deal with and something should be done about the shabby treatment you get after parting with your hard earned cash.The outcome i was looking for was to buy sofas in February get delivery in 12 weeks end of story not the palaver and bad customer service I recieved in store apart from the deputy manger who couldn't help anymore if he tried but sofas being delivered on 4th July will see how that goes if still out of line will be put straight back on truck.Latest update sofas delivered on 4th July now with a 3 to 4 inch rip in fabric and marks in other places on sofas and covered in debris from truck as uncovered took photos and sent back again. Have asked for a full refund awaiting response from company will keep trustpilot informed.Dealt with Sunderland office and could not be more helpful and full refund given
