Very efficient service they asked if they needed to take their shoes off,Our settee was put where we wanted it,Plastic packaging was removed and taken away.

One person was attending to all…
One person was attending to all customer why a trainee was also there trying to support him even though she doesn't know what shes doing, we spent upto an hour there as a result of that and the price of the sofa we choose at the store is different from the price online, much cheaper online, anyway i paid the price online. lastly my car battery went flat as a result of me forgetting to switch off the inner light. none of the employee could help me jump start my car even my have got the kit. They finally offered to help after my friend arrived.

I have tried calling you to discuss your concerns, sadly I was unable to speak with you, therefore I have taken this opportunity to reply to your review.
I am very sorry to read that our dedicated store staff where slow and helping you and that you were in the store for over an hour, we do hope that once you have selected your furniture the advisors are able to complete the sale as quickly as possible, unfortunately if the store is busy this can sometimes cause delays.
I have review the cost of your sofa and compared it to the price on our website for the Ferndale 2 corner 1 RHF Chaise and it is more expensive that the cost that you have been charged.
In regards to the staff being unable to assist you when your car battery went flat, they are not insured to do this in case any damaged is caused.
