Absolutely shocking!
Purchased a Theo corner sofa on 01/01/2025.
Estimated delivery 07/02/2025.
A sofa was delivered 17/02/2025. A wrong one!
Spoke with the executive office who put in an order for the correct one straight away, told me to keep the other one for the time being and the correct one would be with me by 2nd may. Still waiting. Constantly delaying the date. Fed up now. Requested refund and magically they have sent me an automated email stating to expect up to 4 weeks delay time.
I think it is highly insulting to ask me to wait another 4 weeks when it was their mistake in the first place. I have been waiting 6 months for my sofa.
I want a refund I do not wish to deal with this company any more. I am in more than my rights to do so but it's a nightmare to actually speak to a human!
Avoid this company!!!

Ordered two sofas on January 19th and they were finally delivered on May 20th! Delivery dates kept shifting which was a nightmare. Frustrating communication throughout until a few days ahead of delivery and then all good. Delivery drivers great and sofas are also great!

Very good at assembling the furniture knew what they were doing explained well

Sofas was being delivered to mother-in-law who who is in her late 70s. Sofas were a bit tricky to get through front door so looked fir alternative route which was successful. Very happy mother-in-law!

Still waiting for an arm chair that was ordered in January. Had a text last week to say it was finally coming today. Waited in all day and it's not here. Can't get through to the customer service on the phone and they never called back. Very disappointed with lack of communication and delays in delivery

Friendly, knowledgeable staff (Stuart) from start to sale of sofa. Good advice and able to compare various items.
Reminders were sent on several occasions before the delivery date. Tracking was good and able to see when expected despite time window. Delivery up to the door and sofa assembled well and in short amount of time.
Took all packaging back with them as promised.
No complaints and very good experience.

The salesman was very helpful explained everything to me and showed me around all different sofas .

Great experience with SCS from the initial purchase, Stuart the sales representative was knowledgeable and helped us with our decision, we ended buying an ex display for I believe a good deal.

Delivery was also a great experience, Dai and Scott communicated throughout the day so I was able to leave work 15 minutes before, they made sure everything was in working order before they left, a great experience all round.

The crew arrived promptly and 10mins minutes before they arrived they rang me.They were very helpful and hardworking and nothing was too much trouble. They were an excellent crew.

This is my 3rd set of sofas from SCS & I've always had the same salesman, which I'm glad about as he is very friendly & helpful.
I waited a little longer for this delivery, but things don't always go to plan & I'm thrilled to have my sofas now. They are gorgeous. The delivery men were great! Very professional & friendly.

Great service received when we went to choose our sofa. No heavy handed sales pitch, the assistant Chris was really helpful, friendly, and knowledgeable. He gave us all the information we needed :)
