Failed the follow stated delivery slots. 7 til 12 , 0930 to 0945, 1130 to 1230 then after 9 calls to head office and local store got call back promising investigation and new time slot as of 1630 not delivered and failed call back .

Delivery men came they have destroyed my flooring destroyed my bannisters my walls ceilings and my new sofa they then left half of sofa and took the other half away I’ve no sofa no money and a badly damaged home

We had a delivery attempt where the sofa did not fit through the door. Delivery drivers had no intention of helping in this situation. Had to hire a company to collect the sofa costing 200 only to find the sofa had been torn. A 3rd attempt at delivery and the company i had paid for had broken sofa down to get into my house. After lady who sold it to me assured me this will fit. It was delivered with the tear and we then waited 4 weeks for that to be repaired. And to top it all.off the sofa is not the correct colour I ordered. Total headache and horrendous customer service. Very hard to get a hold of anyone. Everything takes weeks.

We knew what we probably wanted before we came in, but Emma helped us be super certain, taking all the time we needed when we came into the store ...

Helpful and patient as we had an idea what we wanted but also had a budget for it, and settled for a recliner sofa, footstool and rug. Was very easy to deal with and order, and pleasant atmosphere overall. Delivered earlier than date given which was fine, and assembled quickly and professionally.

Being told the day before of the expected morning delivery, then the expected time of arrival 1hour before on the day was great.
The two delivery men were so helpful & obliging, work all carried out quickly with a smile; efficiency & care.
They had to slide next door’s panel fence up n out before getting the sofas into my house & then bring them up next doors path, across the two gardens & in through my patio window.
They kindly took my two old sofas from my garden, down on to my front path to await council collection.
I couldn’t have asked for a better service, very impressive.
I’ll just add a shout out to Dylan in Bromborough SCS too who telephoned initially to confirm my requested re-arranged delivery. He went out of his way regarding advice about the best solution to get the sofas into the house & was so friendly & reassuring about the delivery.
Overall, an excellent customer service experience from ScS.

EDIT: Look at their response. Even after taking legal advice and been advised of my statuatory rights, they are still refusing to take responsibility. Off to the small claims court now

Bought a hall stairs and landing carpet at SCS for £1500 and they asked me to pay the carpet fitter directly on the day which i did. The fitting is appaling, coming away everywhere. SCS now say its nothing to do with them whatsoever. Apparently I had warranties with the carpet supplier and the carpet fitter, neither who are anything to do with SCS

Mike who helped with picking the right sofa was very helpful and great at giving all the right information.

We felt welcomed all the way through the experience. Suzanne at the Bromborough branch was fantastic. Really helpful and kind.

The store was very airy and spacious, very easy to walk around. Suzanne our advisor was very friendly and knowledgeable. She was also very patient. We were very happy with purchase - we look forward to delivery.

From start to finish of delivery of our furniture it was all 1st class.The two guys respected the furniture and also our property.On arrival they asked where it was to go in our room.

I found the two deliver persons very experienced and polite. They had to contend with my barking dog whilst they brought the suite in and put it together, they then went on too check all was well and that I was happy with the delivery. Throughout the time they spent in my home they were respectful.

Communication was excellent from the time we placed the order to delivery. The delivery team were friendly and polite and explained everything to us.

Excellent delivery service, good communication and the guys arrived early, quickly put the sofa together and documented everything.

When we walked through the door me and my wife were greeted by Mike, who promptly explained all the ways we can customise our furniture in pretty much any why we want to suit our home.

We browsed a bit until Mike then offered some help, he was super attentive, took on board all our needs and even helped me decide on the benefits of adding a centre console, he talked me through the size and price difference for both!

The store looked amazing and clean, the options are plentiful and the customisation made this a dream for any potential buyer as you can match it with anything!
