* In store, salesman (Allan) was welcoming, polite, knowledgeable and friendly not pushy or overbearing. He gave you time to think and make choices. Excellent.

Good afternoon.ive bought a sofa with you and it came with damage witch the guy came to sort today.
What I've got a problem with is that though his done all he can I'm now left with a permanent scar on it, so as a first time buyer I've not had the best of experience with the overall thing so I think I'm entitled to some sort of compensation for my upset, I'm not going to leave a review until I hear back from you.
Also I dont want my conversation to others be a bad one as that might put future customers off coming to scs,
I do hope you understand my upset.

Nice guys, on time and helpful BUT didn’t deliver fabric care pack

We hada great experiance attheBristol Imperial Park store- we went in to look dor a new 3 piece suite and we undecided what we were after, wehad a look around and were approached by a member of staff who asked if hecould help , At first we said we were just looiking and he was happy for us tojust browse not pushy at all . When we found a suite we liked he saw us sitting on it and approched us again . He sat down with us and went through everything
With us and was still not pushy at all. Thank you Scott for a lovely experiance instead of the normal stressful experianses we have had in the past.

Fantastic experience from start to end.

No pressure sales, kept informed all along the process, right up to and including delivery today. Regular emails and text messages, with loads of updates with regards to the exact delivery time this morning and a call from the Delivery Team to confirm when they will be arriving. Our sofas were delivered and assembled with care and the Delivery Team were friendly and very professional. Thank you.

Delivery was well communicated. Could track the progress online. Delivery man was friendly and set my stool up for me.

Visited ScS Imperial Park Bristol today easter Monday, was greeted by a gentleman who offered a voucher for today, I politely informed he we weren't buying til later in the year, his response was to look at me with a confused look on his face and say well what's the point in looking now, to which I replied to get some inspiration he was very put out by this and i asked if it eas a problem he just shrugged and wslked off, at this point i was feeling angry and upset at the qay he spoke to me and left saying i would never shop here again.

All I can say is that I will never buy anything ever again from this joke of a company. They Lie , Cheat and most of their products come from the far east and are poorly made.

Kieran from SCS Exceutives office fights every Credit Card charge back or Section 75 until they are backed into a corner.

It took six months to get the money back for my elderly mother’s poorly manufactured Riser chair and as a result of her treatment by SCS she had no chair to help her stand up which she desperately needed due to onset of her disability. We had months of stress with no real apology even after 24hrs of the chairs delivery when my mother cut her hand on a row of exposed staples.

I’ve also had dealings with Emmiera the company SCS use to conduct so called impartial reports. My advice is Never sign anything. Take a picture of the unsigned box that the so called technician asks you to sign and do not trust anything they say.
They forge customers signatures and worst still deny it when the evidence is slapping them in the face.

George was very helpful and didn't pressure us to order. He explained all relevant details. As we are older and have limited income, we like time to think about purchases. We have bought our last 2 sofas etc from you. We returned to place an order as we like your products and George was very pleasant.

Jack was very attentive and helpful, assisting us with finding the perfect sofa by searching nearby stock as well as that at the Bristol branch. We really appreciated Jack making our experience so quick and successful, as well as being really lovely to both of us throughout.

I paid for a sofa on the 14th of January,
2025, at your Imperial Retail Park outlet, Bristol. Prior before I made the payment,
the salesman assured me that it would be delivered in 4 weeks and he sounded positive... But much to my chagrin, it is over 2 Months and 2 weeks now and at this present time, the sofa is yet to be delivered. There is no update and follow up from your outlet. Absolutely shocking to say the least. I am so disappointed. And to think that I had already disposed the previous sofa in my living room, while awaiting the delivery of this new purchase which hasn't been delivered after 2 months and 2 weeks. Ridiculous.

This is unacceptable, unprofessional and uncalled for.

Shame.

The delivery drivers knew exactly what they were doing, we had great experience in store when buying the sofa as well.
