I was nervous at first because my 20 month old daughter hates when excess fabric from her sleeves touches her hands. We use the scratch sleeves for when she sleeps, and at first she kept saying, “uh oh, uh oh”, but due to the softness of the fabric she got used to it and doesn’t fight us when we put them on. Her eczema is getting better because she is unable to scratch herself at night, and we’re all sleeping better because she isn’t screaming at night because she scratched till she bled. Thank you for the great product!

I bought a custom shirt (mitt on one hand only), and it was easy to communicate with customer service and didn't delay shipping at all. This is such a great service, and the shirt has helped my LO so, so much!

Great. We Love it.

The products were easy to order and arrived in timely manner, unfortunately 3-4 sizing is so much bigger than what my normal height 3.5 yr old is. The body suit fits my 9 year old! The pj trousers fit 6 year old. I'm glad they're not small, so he will obviously grow into them. But I don't feel like I got much help when I contacted Cs about this issue either.

The saving grace to my sanity! I’ve bought many items from here which are amazing and have helped my child so much.

My son, now 2 1/2, has suffered from eczema since turning 1. He has been on countless steroids, emollients and creams, seen by douzens of doctors and had numerous trips to hospital. Scratchsleeves have been the only way we can be confident that he won’t rip his skin to shreds, (especially at night) and make things even worse and allow himself to heal. They enable the medications to take effect properly, stop him ripping the skin and prevent the risk of infection. I do not know where we’d be without them.

We love the sleeves, they have been a saviour for us and have really improved my daughters eczema, and taken away that totally distressing scratching that comes alongside it. Unfortunately even with washing in non bio, the silk was degrading quickly on our sleeves, which we believe was down to the sheer amount of scratching my daughter had been doing on bad days- I contacted customer service who very kindly arranged a custom set of sleeves with synthetic silk and larger hands for my daughter- in the meantime sending me a free pair of normal sleeves to tide me over the 2 weeks custom wait.

The synthetic silk is brilliant and means they are more hardwearing and we are so pleased with them!

I always appreciate the speed of delivery from scratch sleeves! They are consistently excellent. The quality of the pajamas is brilliant, we have been buying from them regularly. The pajamas are so helpful and really help stop my 3 year old from damaging his skin through scratching at night. I really recommend their pajamas so much because they make a huge difference. Customer service is super excellent as well. So friendly and easy to contact. They really care about their customers.
