Fantastic customer service. I have used their products for over a year now as my little one suffers from eczema, but recently we needed to size up in one of their products which has unfortunately been out of stock for a while. I have emailed them to find out when it's likely to be back and not only got a swift reply, but they have found an item I needed and set up a custom order for me. What amazing service, I can't recommend it enough.
And the items are great quality and work amazingly

I bought a scratch sleeves stay on scratch mitts for my 3 year old who is suffering with eczema. I ordered the 3 to 4 year size but my son managed to take it off Everytime I put it on. I needed something that will stay on especially during the night and I'm quite disappointed by this.

My son has eczema and these scratch sleeves has helped so much especially during bedtime.

Just bought some more as he is getting bigger!

This product has changed my life. I’ve gone from being awake every night for around 4 hours itching, to now having nights where I sleep through without waking to itch and getting in a cycle of itching. Our lives have never been the same since we discovered the Scratchsleeves brand! We have repurchased 8 times now and will continue to, as we go through the challenges caused by eczema. I couldn’t imagine our lives without the scratch mittens, and our daughter’s life has seen comfort and healing because of them. 10/10 will recommend this product to anyone struggling with skin conditions.

I'm so glad we discovered ScratchSleeves. We've been using since my son was approximately 6 months old due to his eczema, and he used to scratch his head as a way to self-settle at night. It was heartbreaking seeing his head covered in so many scratches but these pyjamas have made such a difference, not only were there no visible scratches in sight (and in turn the silk mitts would've meant he wasn't hurting himself), over time he seems to be gradually stopping the scratching too. We've continued using them and he is now 2 years old. What an amazing product, I wouldn't hesitate in recommending to anybody!

I bought the ScratchSleeves pyjama tops for my 2 year old, who has always twisted and curled her hair to self-settle whilst falling asleep. It felt like an impossible habit to break, and I was getting worried, seeing her hair thinning with huge tangled knots every morning and a lot of hair being lost with it. Thank you so much for creating such a wonderful product. The pyjama tops are such beautiful quality and my daughter is so happy wearing them. The first morning after sleeping in the top, there was not a single tangle in her hair. Revolutionary! They also kept her really warm and cosy with the super soft fabric. Will be recommending!!

What a great idea! I had been struggling with managing my daughter’s eczema and stopping her from scratching in the night as she would pull off socks or mittens on her hands. But now I no longer need to worry. The material is nice and soft and I particularly like how the material on the hands is satin so that when she rubs her face, it’s not going to aggravate her skin. Postage was very quick too. Couldn’t recommend more highly.

I have been ordering scratch sleeves for my baby for a year now and love these products. They are wonderfully soft and wash really well.
Having been able to have a break from using them over the summer as my son's skin had cleared up in the sun I went to use them last week only to find he had outgrown the ones I had. I ordered some more one afternoon and the following morning they arrived, with free postage. Thank you so much, his skin is looking much better already having only worn them at night for 4 nights. I would highly recommend. I have also found their website so helpful for advice, especially the different types of creams to use to keep the skin hydrated and what sun cream to use. Before I found this I felt over whelmed, confused and didn't know where to turn to for help.

I ordered scratch sleeves for my 2yo who had been pulling her hair out for a few months. I was hesitant to order the sleeves because I thought she would deteste wearing them and it is the height of summer but the hair pulling had got so bad I was willing to try anything. The sleeves arrived the next day (free delivery too!) which I was so impressed by and grateful as it meant I could start using them straight away. The sleeves are so soft and the fabric is so light, when I first put them on my daughter she wasn’t sure BUT she wasn’t hating them… I put them on her when she is watching tv and I’m away from the room, when she is in the car and overnight as these are the times she pulls her hair. I’ve been using them for a week now and my daughter actually claps when I put them on her!!! They have obviously been great to prevent her pulling but they also seem to calm her especially in the car and at night. There is movement in them and she can still hold her bottle of milk at bed time whilst wearing them. I’ve been so impressed and I wish I’d bought them so much sooner. I’d recommend to anyone having similar issues. Thank you for creating this product!

These pajamas have been one of the most effective purchases in stopping the itch scratch cycle for my son who would scratch badly at night. He absolutely loves them and has come a long way. Fast delivery, brilliant material and just lovely looking pajamas as well very cosy. I've purchased 2/3 times now and highly recommend this company.

Having a terminally ill 3yo daughter who has an NG tube shes been driving me mad pulling it out up to 10x a day. I came across scratch sleeves and gave them a try! Where have they been all her life 🤣 i can't comment on sizing as shes tiny and in 12-18months but they fit fantastically and the quality is literally the best. Scratch sleeves now has a returning customer monthly to stock up on appropriate clothing for her. My 2nd order also arrived the next day from ordering which is fantastic customer service.
To some they might be slightly pricey but believe me they are worth their weight in gold. I cant recommend enough

I dont normally write reviews but I have to with these! They are brilliant. My 20 month old started pulling her hair out at night when she slept (we think this became a habit after teething) she had made the right side of her head very very thin and you could see her scalp. I was at a loss and didn't know what to do and I came across scratch sleeves. I spent ages reading all the reviews and ordered them. Fast delivery and my little girl has been wearing them for a month now and her hair has grown back. A very happy customer and have ordered another pair! Thank you

My 9 month old caught chickenpox so I tried to find something to cover her hands to prevent scratching / scarring. No sleepsuits in her size had scratch mitts and socks kept falling off her hands. I found ScratchSleeves after some googling and went for it and was so relieved when they arrived the next day. The only thing I’d do differently is buy two sets - one to wear and one in the wash as she ended up wearing them every day for a week. They helped massively and I’m so pleased. Chickenpox was rough but this definitely helped.

I ordered Monday at 11am the standard scratch sleeve to try it out first, I was desperate as my 20 week old is scratching his eczema on his head to soothe to sleep and going through the 4 month regression just makes his fussiness worse. I desperately needed a quick solution to prevent dressing him in his sleepsuit with rolled out mitten for every nap. I received my order next day at 9am, very impressed considering the price and free shipping, and the delivery time. So I just wanted to leave this review and say a big thank you for a fantastic service!

Not a cure for eczema but we wouldn't be without them!

I have really struggled to find something to stop me, a grown adult with eczema, from scratching at night like some kind of feral animal. It is always in a really difficult to reach area of my back, but I wasn't even aware of it until the morning. I tried keeping my nails short, bamboo gloves (seams uncomfortable, not durable) and cotton gloves (too hot, too rough). I had a tendency to pull off the gloves unknowingly. And I feel that having to replace these gloves often is not good for the environment.

I had looked at similar products to Scratch Sleeves but they are all too expensive, so only a last resort.

Scratch sleeves have honestly been really good. Not too expensive, a couple of different options for adults and it's clear they really thought of every aspect. Of course they mainly sell children's clothing because they tend to have more issues with scratching, but I am really grateful they sell adult's clothing too. It would be great if they could maybe introduce adult sizes of the pyjama trousers. And some long sleeve t-shirts more suited to day time would be nice - like the pyjama tops with holes for your arms. Or even detachable mittens?

Pyjama top - super soft material with just the right thickness for cold weather. A reasonably fashionable style that doesn't look too different to normal pyjamas. The mittens come up small, which was noted on their website, but so far it hasn't been an issue because I already have small hands. I don't know if bigger sizes have bigger mittens? They are double layered to prevent damage to your skin, they aren't too hot and you can still use electronic screens. There is a perfect degree of sensation as well, so you can do almost anything you might need to at night. I tuck the mittens inside in the morning to keep them out of the way until I get dressed. The arm holes are practical whilst not making it too easy to wriggle out of to scratch. I'm a woman and following their size chart I got a good fit. Although if you're a woman with larger breasts, I'm not sure how good the fit would be. The neck is very loose so no irritating your face. The seams are thoughtfully designed to minimise irritation. The label is on the outside. The only thing that could be improved is I find the grey marl material feels a bit rough compared to the white, not enough to be an issue but it doesn't feel as nice inside the mittens.

Supersensitive - the material is thinner and even more breathable, so more suited for warmer weather. Or wearing over long sleeves, which works well in cold weather. This product is definitely not so fashionable but it doesn't look ridiculous and it works well. Mittens are a little bigger, I guess the size they are supposed to be. This is definitely a bit more comfortable. Size guide was again accurate. This product is comfortable to wear but a bit challenging to get on and off. I understand this style was more designed for parents to put on their children without them being able to pull it off in the night. But I wonder if the shape could be changed a little to make it easier for the (adult) wearer to get on and off?

Both items do seem well made and I'm hoping they will last a while.

I'm really happy that they sent my items out quickly and that I didn't need to pay for delivery. It takes some of the stress away from managing my skin condition. I would never expect any small business to send things quickly because I know that can be really difficult, but it is much appreciated.

I can highly recommend this business. Their website has all the information you need and they've even added some general information for managing skin conditions in children. I can tell they really do care about their customers, every aspect has been considered, even down to the thread ends, and they have accessible pricing. I'll definitely be buying from this business again when I need more, and would happily recommend to anyone who struggles with scratching or skin picking.
