Love the products, not the company…
The products themselves are good quality, I really like them a lot. However, due to what I presume was an oversight, my order was one item short, and so far my attempts to contact the company to put matters right (either by sending out the missing item or refund) have not been responded to.
As things stand, I would recommend that you should buy these products from supermarkets,rather than direct from the company. They will be cheaper too.
EDIT: Scoville reached out to me, and the issues have been resolved satisfactorily.

Great service.
Great service, i have set of 3 scoville pans and 2 scoville frying pans but one frying pans everything started sticking so after contacting scoville and sending picture of the frying pans they are sending me a replacement out free of charge under the guarantee.
I would really recommend scovile for there products with added bonus of a guarantee 💯.

I was bought a set of pans for Christmas, with no receipt and only just come to use them. Unfortunately one of them was damaged.
When I explained this to the customer service team, specifically Victoria, they sent me a replacement pan out. Great service and fantastic products. Highly recommend.

Good if you don't get a faulty product
They sent a damaged product at first and it took ages to get the item replaced.
The item however is good quality and the replacement was given to me.
I did have to pay for the return shipping however.

I purchased a Scoville neverstick…
I purchased a Scoville neverstick frying pan from Dunelm. Although I mostly moved away from coated pans the “5x stronger than other non stick pans” claim persuaded me to give it a try. After only a few months the coating started to lift then peeled off. It went straight into the bin and out came my trusted stainless steel.

As advised on our packaging, we strongly recommend reading the care and use guides to help get the most out of your Scoville cookware.
Our pots and pans are regularly tested and quality checked with the intention of lasting several years, so it’s surprising to hear that this has only lasted a couple of months.

I made a claim against a faulty wok
I made a claim against a faulty wok, Victoria dealt with it very quickly and professionally, saying a replacement would be sent. After 7 days nothing. I made contact with Victoria who apologised for delay. At the same time Scotvill informed me that the wok could be expected within 7 days, a full 2 weeks without a wok.

I recently moved house and bought…
I recently moved house and bought nearly all the range for my new induction hob, as they were meant to be suitable, but unfortunately not!! Took nearly 20 mins on high power to reach boiling point!!! I went out and bought a cheap pan and reached boiled point within 1min, cos thought it was my new hob. I emailed the company 2 times, but no response. I did not keep receipts, as thought I would have no problems with my purchases, as good make!!

Even though some of the pans arrived…
Even though some of the pans arrived damaged they replaced them straight away and they are excellent so much so ive ordered the Yorkshire pudding tray and 2 baking trays thankyou.

Definite never stick
