Horrible and non existent customer service that requires chasing. Poor quality product that barely last a few months - 9 to be exact!

I had an issue with a frying pan I purchased, and the customer service team at Imperial GB were fantastic. They responded quickly, guided me through the guarantee process clearly, and were very professional and polite throughout.

It’s rare to find a company that takes customer satisfaction so seriously, but they really went above and beyond to resolve my issue. I’m very happy with the way everything was handled and will definitely buy from them again.

Highly recommend both the products and the excellent customer service.

Communication not the best but their products are second to none! Absolutely nothing sticks and I think cooking times are quicker too!

Great when you buy them, but EVERY item we have bought (and thats many) delaminate within a short period.

The guarantee literally isn't worth the paper it's printed on.

Firstly, you have to register (seriously, who picks up one of these on ASDA etc for around a tenner and registers it ).

Then YOU HAVE TO KEEP THAT GRUBBY PIECE OF TILL ROLL FOR EVER!

As someone who has to submit business receipts, till roll lasts about 3 months if kept alone, and prestine.

As soon as that ink fades.. (which is GUARANTEED), your warranty is literally 'toast'!!

Oh, and stating hand washing protects them...on an item that states it is 'dishwasher safe', is like buying a boat that can't be used near water 🙄

I STRONGLY suggest looking at the number of 5* reviews...so many mention failing products,that are being used as expected, but need replacing.

Seriously, why buy something that is going to quickly need replacing if washed.🤦

Non stick coating damaged from the dishwasher and they have replaced the entire set under the guarantee (I will be handwashing going forwards!) - this is not the first time they have replaced pans either. Not very often the guarantees are genuine but they really are with Scoville, very impressed. The Neverstick pans are also great provided you don’t put them in the dishwasher!

It was extremely easy to navigate the online site, find what I wanted and place an order. When the items arrived, promptly, they were exactly what I wanted. They are the best things I have brought this year and plan to replace all of my home bakeware with Scoville products.

I like the way when you are frying they never stick, I couldnt praise them enough

I saw some frying pans for sale in a small section of Morrisons in about March. I bought two sizes and was absolutely DELIGHTED with them. So much so that I made a video for my family of my successful totally non-stick, no oil omlette! I no longer dread browning (for instance) meat. Never in my long life have I ever had such good pans.

When I placed an order, I recieved no confirmation or follow up emails — despite my money being taken. The item said it would be sent in 3-5 days.

Over the next 3 weeks, I sent one message via the website contact form, one message on Instagram, and two direct emails. Most of these were ignored.

Eventually, I recieved a rather abrupt reply simply saying "this has been dispatched". The item eventually — I still have no reciept or proof or purchase and I suspect they wouldn't have sent it if it weren't for my relentless chasing.

Having raised a question about caring for the product I received an immediate and helpful response along with an offer to replace the affected items. Proper Customer Service, much appreciated.

My kitchen tool was faulty and you replaced it with speed. I was especially pleased as it was a wedding anniversary gift. Well done!

Have emailed them 3 times about a defective pan and no response. No contact telephone says it all!!

We have purchased quite of few of the Scoville pots & pans over several years and not had any issue with them… until a few weeks ago when one of the saucepans lost some of its NeverStick properties after a couple of years. I reported it to Scoville Customer Services, expecting in all reality to be told that it is what it is, not covered etc. However, I have to say the response has been brilliant. They asked for receipt copy and photos. Within a week, asked for my delivery address and a new saucepan arrived!! Took just 10 days from initial email to delivery.
All correspondence has been clear and polite. Can’t fault them for service. Products are great too!
