Scott Dunn Anmeldelser

We enjoyed a truly fantastic holiday at Daios Cove in Crete, using Scott Dunn. The food is exceptionally good at every restaurant; absolutely every meal was incredible. The setting at Daios Cove is idyllic, and the childcare team at the Scott Dunn Explorers club were fantastic (a particular shout out to the marvellous Nikos who was beyond brilliant, and the lovely Zoi too).
Booking the holiday was also made very easy with the help of Pete, who ensured it was all exactly as we needed it to be, and advance booking of the restaurants (which was key) was expertly done by Issy too.

This was our first Scott Dunn holiday and we have been very impressed, so we hope to use them again!

Very well organised holiday, very responsive and professional approach throughout. Itinerary seamlessly followed.Highly reccomended.

A great travel agency. We had certain expectations (focus on food experiences, more active than passive ways of spending time, etc) and the trip was perfectly tailored to our needs. Whenever I travel with Scott Dunn I know I don’t have to worry about any logistics, the quality is always there, and if I have any ad hoc requests, questions etc. I’m going to get help immediately. Well planned time and well spent money with activities and attractions that created memories I could not design easily on my own.

I travel with my wife and two kids extensively. We spend 8-10 days every month traveling the US and around the world. We decided to try Scott Dunn and we were very dissatisfied with their service. We had to follow up over and over with Lucy, the rep that gave us.
She gave us very limited options for traveling to Mexico so we did the research ourselves and sent her the travel dates and resorts we wanted, both of which they have a relationship with. She said she would send a proposal and never did, even after we followed up with emails and phone calls. Very unprofessional and very frustrating.

Amazing vacation with every detail taken care of by the wonderful team at Scott Dunn. Ashley, Sabina, and Olivia really made the vacation of our dreams a reality. The tours guides were amazing and the excursions created great family memories. I can't wait to plan our next trip! thank you all so much

Courteous professional, expiditious and caring planning and execution. Livia and Sabina listened to our travel preferences including physical limitations and economic boundaries to plan the itinerray. They were both available during the trip to resolve any travel issues that arose. We are looking forward to working with Livia, Sabine and Scot Dunn in the futrue.

We recently returned from a trip to Japan and had an incredible experience working with Jess Capello Mathews. She planned a perfectly organized one-week itinerary that exceeded our expectations. Every guide was wonderful and made navigating the cities so easy. The hotels were excellent, and we loved each of our excursions. Thank you, Jess, for planning such an unforgettable trip!

They do what they promise and their holidays are meticulously put together so you never need to worry.

Great experience and I highly recommend! Scott Dunn Company and the lead travel advisor for Africa, Bjorn, were fantastic. Bjorn provided curated recommendations and every detail he described was accurate. And, in all cases they exceeded our expectaions. They set up and flawlessly executed the perfect trip!

The organisation of the trip was excellent, we were kept up to date, we were given several options on accommodation, restaurants etc and everything we asked for was arranged

Three truly perfect hotels, the most amazing scenery and completely unforgettable experiences on horse, zodiac, ATV and crampons! Both for parents and teenager children.

Scott Dunn never fails to put together a great itinerary. We have used them for summer beach holidays when the kids were younger, city breaks and far flung adventures with teens. We always have a great time and we always feel confident that we will get a well organised, problem free and luxurious holiday!

Perfect planning. Great guides and seamless arrangements everywhere. We didn’t have to do anything other than enjoy the holiday.

Scott Dunn created a bespoke Irish experience for us with attention to detail, budget and our personal needs. From start to finish the process was seamless and we felt supported throughout the entire process from planning to returning home.

Scott Dunn has booked our holidays for over 10+ years. They are amazing at listening to what our needs are. We now have children and they have helped us navigate holidays with babies and toddlers and are there every step of the way to make it seamless and stress free.

Exceptional holiday with extraordinary attention to detail.
From the moment we got in touch with Scott Dunn, the team delivered nothing but the best and were totally committed to ensuring we had the best trip ever, entirely suited to our needs. Their local knowledge was excellent. I cannot recommend highly enough.

Amazing itinerary, fantastic accommodation and activities, a truly once in lifetime holiday

Our trip to Norway was amazing. All of our connections and transfers were perfect. Our tour guides were all very knowledgeable and outstanding guides. Our Hotel accommodations were all first class and exactly want we wanted. Julie did a great job in making sure everything was covered. We also loved the Scott Dunn app and how it helped us navigate our travel.

We recently returned from our honeymoon in Indonesia, and we can’t say enough good things about our experience working with Jess Capello Mathews at Scott Dunn. From start to finish, Jess was an absolute joy to work with. She took the time to really understand what we were looking for, patiently guided us through different options—even as we changed our preferences a few times—and ultimately crafted an itinerary that was beyond anything we could have imagined.

Every hotel she recommended was spot-on and fit our vibe perfectly. The trip was seamless, thoughtful and perfectly crafted stat to finish. We unfortunately got some unseasonably rainy weather when we were down there and Jess was extremely communicative, checking in on us throughout! It was clear Jess genuinely cared about making our honeymoon unforgettable, and she absolutely succeeded. We felt so well taken care of, and it’s all thanks to her attention to detail and expertise.

We’re incredibly grateful and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Jess (and Scott Dunn) to anyone planning a special trip. She deserves all the credit—and then some—for making our honeymoon truly perfect.
