My python moped has been a game changer for my daily commute to work! 🚀 It's reliable, easy to ride, and cuts down my travel time significantly. I highly recommend this company.

Avoid this company bought a moped last year only did 200 miles had 2 services and couldn't get rid of engine management light (that was on when I bought it) can't get them on phone only through email to discuss problem with moped cutting out I paid for an extra year warranty but won't send part without payment up front!!!..I asked what's the point of warranty and they won't reply gave me 2 garages to look into it and theywon't go near it as had problems with this company in past ...I love the bike but you won't have any help with problems as no phone number nightmare and they post a contract number but that's not true as when you phone it immediately directs you to email them so you can't speak to anyone about issues

Order the Ninja 125 on Sunday night, It arrived Wednesday mid day so happy with that. The build quality is better then expected but for £2000 you expect decent. Once I've registered it and done about 1000miles I'll update my review.

The scooter arrived bang on when they said it would. I'm extremely happy with both quality and also price. Rides very well. You really can't go wrong with one of these. Puts a smile on my face every time I take it out. Thanks 👍

I commute everyday and needed a scooter. Came across this site. My scooter came in two days. The distance it travels on a tank of petrol is impressive. Lasts me a whole week without filling up. Their customer service was patient and knowledgeable. Even after purchase they followed up to make sure I was happy. If you're considering buying a scooter this is the place to buy one.

I have a panther moped which I got from them. It was my first moped and would so use them again. The moped was delivered on time, safely and exactly like the photos on their site. Been riding now each day for around 5 months. Very good moped, service and communication excellent.

ordered bike on next day delivery paid extra, the bike didn’t arrive contacted company only by email (no phone number).
Bike arrived following day (ordered Wednesday evening delivered on the Saturday)
t&c says 14 cooling off period with email I did this day scooter was delivered
Company email back refusing stating bike was made to order?
Few emails back and forth company told me to sell on eBay or gum tree?!
I gave no measurements or asked for anything detailed just ordered off website that stated in stock
I have lost £2k on this purchase company is awful do not buy

As for delivery it should have arrived ed on Friday I took unpaid day off sat in all day waiting
I emailed at lunch time to a reply stating scooter would be delivered that day but then a lady from Daventry telephoned saying Monday would now be delivered however we was going away on the Sunday which is why I paid for next day delivery that turn up Saturday after complaining
The scooter is still in original packaging as it’s no use to me

I bought a Direct Bikes Venom in August and I admit that I read negative reviews but went ahead anyway. It has been sat in a garage for 3 weeks and they have done nothing to help me. If you are seeing this advert, do yourself a favour and go somewhere else. I’m going to Trading Standards now. Direct Bikes have refused to speak to me via email leaving websites like Trustpilot as my only outlet to get the truth out there. Don’t touch them!!
