Brilliant company with excellent customer service!

The pictures for our grandchild’s nursery are just beautiful and so well packaged with lots of little touches down to the paper they were wrapped in. But a huge big thank you to Charlotte customer service was another level. I will definitely be ordering again

Great customer service, solved my issue right away.

I’d like to thank Scandiborn for giving an excellent customer service recently- a toy had a few bits missing from it and as soon as’Nicola’ received my email about this it was dealt with immediately. The replacement toy was sent our granddaughter directly, there was only three days from receipt of email to our granddaughter receiving the replacing toy, that is truly excellent service and I am knocked out by it.

Amazing customer service from Charlotte at Scandiborn. I ordered a Toniebox for my daughter’s birthday but the ApplePay reverted the next-day postage option I’d selected, which meant that it wouldn’t arrive before we left the country as a deployed family. Charlotte picked up my email and immediately sorted this for me - it arrived the following day in perfect condition and well-wrapped.

When I received only part of my order, I contacted Customer Services and they replied in a couple of minutes, saying that the rest of the order was coming from a different supplier and due to be delivered the next day, providing a tracking number. Can't fault their customer service! Products are all lovely too.

What a fantastic company with excellent customer service. I ordered a Mustard locker, which unfortunately came with a fault on the paint work. I contacted customer services and dealt with Nicola, she was great, very understanding and provided immediate resolution. I totally recommend this company to everyone as i guarantee their customer service is second to none.
We purchased a vintage walker wagon for our grandsons birthday and when we were building it i was missing a part, we contacted Charlotte and the customer service team as it was urgently required and without hesitation they couriered a whole new toy for us on the next day delivery as it was quicker then trying to source the bits i needed.

I ordered an item that I had hoped to receive in time for my daughter’s 1st birthday at the weekend but I had a mix up at the checkout. I emailed customer service for help and received a reply within minutes. The team ensured that the gift was sent out that day and it arrived in plenty of time for the occasion. The toy is beautiful.
