Bad foods ! Do not trust them ! Save your money!!!

I ordered bulk golden pomfret that come 2-3 in a single bag. My other times ordering from the suppliers who fulfill the orders were amazing, fresh, frozen as a rock, well cleaned and gutted. But Weee switched to a poor, cheap supplier that gave me 2 large fish in each bag, with the most disgusting inside cavity full of chunks sometimes whole gills intact, gallbladders, jellied blood, broken rib bones, and tons of blood and membrane in. For every fish, I ordered in confidence, so it was 8 fishes down the drain. The fillets on both sides were steeped in blood, so it was like eating a very earthy, metallic bloodline and the meat was discoloured pink when the flesh is usually bright and firm. Spinal cord, nerves, and fins soaked in deep blood. I think you will have an amazing experience if you order for a date 2 days in advance and make accounts and reviews to get points and discounts with family but be wary of fresh produce and frozen fish. Supplies aren't listed immediately when they are changed, which is important to disclose. Eventually they will upload the new pictures of the product with the new supplier, but by then you already have tons of fish whos meat is bloody and tastes awful when cooked. Its pretty cool you can get freshly made food and snacks and dry goods and appliances with no issues, but the lack of transparency with frozen seafood is just disgusting. One time I ordered fresh pennywort herb and got a quick refund because it was sent to me with shells, slugs, snails, (still alive and moving) and spider web eggs. Gives you an idea of how they have yet to improve.

The prices are better than in many grocery stores, and delivery is super convenient. All the asian food options in particular are awesome, and it's amazing that I can also get fresh food delivered on the same day. The rebates are reasonable and work well. Not sure why there are so many bad reviews, but my friends and I have been ordering from here from months and love it.

I felt so excited that I can buy some of my favorite food to eat and fruits that I have not eaten for a long time with Weee. BUT, 99% of the items I want to buy are not available. I don't see that this is working for WEEE. They need to improve their marketing strategy. Sorry WEEE. I have to give you 1 star. I want to support you and please improve so we can buy from you. Good luck!

I am done with Weee!

⚠️ label on jumbo frog legs, Taiwan Barramundi seabass cut, TSF Barramundi cut and wild Argentine red shrimp.
All went in file 13 the garbage. Who in their right mind would purchase or eat any food that comes with a ⚠️ label.

First several orders were fine. After then, price keep change and items were not good. You may still use it, if you do not have any asia grocery store nearby.

You never know when they're going to deliver until after you order. After choosing all my products they take away products out of my cart and say that I've bought too many of them which is a complete lie. They tell you they're going to give you money off of $25 or more and then they take away that discount at the end as well. They cannot be trusted

I ordered but never receive my package. I will never recommend to anyone. They said within 3days they will refund but is was not posted on my bank. Shame on you Weee

The weather is too cold to go outside to buy groceries. I decide to buy online instead. This retailer states that my order will arrive in 2 days. All of my purchased frozen items was "failed" for delivery (unknown reasons). The rest of groceries were PARTIALLY delivered. I was hoping that I would receive the entire order on that same day so I could cook meals for the party, but I didn't. WHAT A FRUSTRATION! I told my friends not to order from Weee! again.

Found Weee online when I was looking for something specific that was very hard to find, let alone get it the next day. Delivery was on New Years eve, and they delivered in the time frame they provided. I look forward to purchasing again, as the experience I had was exceptional. Buy with confidence!

Three deliveries. Same failure. Apparently, delivery instructions are just suggestions.

My food was left outside my apartment building three times, exposed to snow salt chemicals, and the public/ theft. But according to Weee!, that’s perfectly fine as long as the packaging “isn’t damaged.”

Their solution? A generous $3 driver tip refund on $100–$200 orders, plus a coupon to try again and gamble with my groceries.

Lots of scripted apologies, zero real accountability. If this is how food delivery is handled, don’t be surprised when customers stop trusting the service.

My 1st experience with Weee and it was in time and the fruits were what I expected, good and fresh. The price was reasonably better than any Asian supermarket I've been to in Seattle.

There are flaws but would order from these guys again. Their delivery people are respectful and patient, and the selection is pretty damned legit.

Terrible packaging, crushed bakery items. Quality of goods was laughable. Waste of money.

At first I thought it wasn’t true… If you want to experience Asian racism then go work for these people.. I used to read reviews of other people that went through the same BS as me but i didn’t fully believe them.

Besides the fact that you will be making very little money you will not be happy working for these people as they are very disrespectful their heads are full of air from management to the asian clients these people are nuts and WORST you can never fully understand most of the thing they say to you but they always expect you to figure it out. After all it was one of the worst working experience I’ve had as a driver

I just received my first order, with free shipping and 10$ off. I must say the quality is good, veggies look pretty fresh. This is in Seattle area. Not sure about other areas though. Definitely buying more from them.

This site is a horrible site for selling fresh food. Their prices are so high and they can’t keep the delivery date they promise you. Do not buy any fresh vegetables, meats and seafood from this site. It’s a joke.

Before I sign up for this website, they show Ad for great deal with sign up. However once I sign up, it disappeared and changed to cheaper deal. It was $20 off for first order with free delivery for first 5 orders, but it changed to $10 off for the first order only. Scams all over.

Ordering some merchandises from Weee!,for some unknown reason, it replaced my orders with some totally different items. I tried unsuccessfully contacting Weee!to correct the « baitandswitch » behavior. You guess: no answer of any kind from the company. I will contact my credit card company to rectify the dishonest Weee! behavior.
