I bought from this company in good faith and without me knowing they took £49.95 and even set up a direct debit with my bank without my knowledge . After talking to my bank they refunded me and cancelled everything so this would not happen again. Then today another £49.95 was taken out my account from these CON MEN. THIS IS A SCAM AIMED AT MINORS. My daughter bought 1 item from this company, and at checkout clicked the Terms & Conditions box (without reading the Ts and Cs - who does?). By 'agreeing' to the Ts&Cs she was unwittingly signing up to membership at a monthly charge of GBP 49.95. I am currently engaged in a frank discussion with the company to try and recover my daughter's money. Be wary of unscrupulous scammers like this selling attractive items to minors but once they have your card details they take monthly payments claiming you signed up to their 'membership'

Bare in mind that this company was fined for 1.2 million few years ago for breaching consumer rights and they are still doing the same. They stole my bank details from my paypal account and signed me up for a membership for nearly £50 per month when I never provided them any bank details. I have been trying to get a refund for this for over a month now but the whole company is useless and designed to steal from you and to be as clueless and useless as possible

DO NOT BUY FROM HERE!!!! They will start taking £49.95 from you every month for a subscription they don’t tell you about! And then make it virtually impossible to cancel it. I want my £49.95 back!
Edited *** after a few hours on the online chat and some back and forth they have agreed to refund and cancel the subscription. Just be very careful ordering as it really isn’t clear that they will be signing you up for something or taking money monthly (and quite a bit at that)!

The credit system is a scam
The credit system is a scam. They will charge you every month unless you log in between 1-5th of the month and MANUALLY skip. There is no option to cancel. If you are unlucky enough to get charged. The store credit cannot be refunded. If you would like to cancel the subscription, you will lose all your store credit. Do not even try to contact support. I have waited for TWO hours, and two assistants closed my ticket before I had a chance to reply (1 minute after their message was sent). 1 star for support and for a system on which it operates. It is a MONTHLY headache. Would not even recommend it to my worst enemy.

I had a very frustrating experience with Savage X Fenty’s VIP membership and would strongly advise others to be cautious.
In 2021, I made multiple attempts to cancel my subscription, but the process was unnecessarily difficult and unclear. This appears to fall short of the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, which require cancellation processes to be straightforward and accessible.
During this time, I had built up a balance in VIP credits (money I had paid in). However, I was told this balance could not be refunded. I was also advised that if I logged into my account or contacted customer service with my membership details, I could be automatically resubscribed and charged again.
This left me feeling unable to access or recover my own money without risking further charges. In my view, this raises serious concerns under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, which requires contract terms to be fair and transparent. Preventing a customer from accessing prepaid funds in these circumstances may constitute an unfair term.
Additionally, being discouraged from logging in or contacting support due to the risk of being charged again could be considered a misleading or coercive practice under the Consumer Protection from Unfair Trading Regulations 2008.
I am currently in contact with customer support and still awaiting a response from an agent, as I continue to pursue a refund of the remaining balance.
Overall, I believe these practices fall below what UK consumers are legally entitled to expect in terms of fairness and transparency. I would urge the company to review its policies, and I encourage others to fully understand the risks of the VIP model before signing up.

their support email bounces back and their online agents are very forceful to make you stay on the membership even after you have repeated yourself you want out... i would say bullying otherwise.

Update - Great news Savagex have now been in touch and credited back the money taken for the membership. Thank you
Want to cancel membership. I have a young teenage daughter who has clearly signed up for membership by mistake just to buy her dad a Christmas present. SavageX have now taken 2 x 49.90 from her account for membership totally clearing her account out. I have gone on line and cancelled the membership but still waiting for them to come back and confirm. I have sent 3 emails with no replies.
