The website doesn’t work if your surname has two parts to it. Therefore had to enter my name as a single word which then didn’t
Match my credit card details so the website refused to accept my Apple Pay. Then had to use PayPal to pay. Unfortunately the sizing was completely off I am most definitely a 32c but based on this style would need a 32A which isn’t offered so I have ordered a 30B as a replacement. To add insult to injury because I paid by PayPal they would not allow me to return to a shop which is literally 15mins walk from my house. Instead had to go to call up customer services to get them to issue a prepaid label after which I had to drive 20 mins to nearest post office to queue for half an hour to drop off. Then apparently it will take minimum another two weeks for the replacement smaller size to arrive.

The original order took four days to arrive I took it to the post office the next day which was a Friday. They confirmed receipt today Monday but said it would take ten working days for them to even process the exchange so my guess is I will be lucky to receive the replacement in three weeks.

Definitely if your buying this item for a specific event if you have not bought it before allow minimum 4 weeks prior to the event incase the size is wrong.

Interestingly looking at other reviews it looks like the smaller sizes are too big and the larger sizes are too small so this must be a tricky product to get the right size in which case from
A business point would be better to offer to purchase in store rather than just online.

Fast delivery well wrapped packaging

Delivery was super fast, and all items present and well packaged. Lovely quality garments in beautiful colours. The one item I had to return was received and processed quickly, with a full refund issued. Highly recommend shopping with Boux Avenue.

Ordered online from Boux Avenue several times - usually when it's a sale though!! Always delivered promptly, excellent quality and I order for myself and granddaughter and everything is always true to size. Washes really well, colour stays and doesn't shrink etc. Will continue to order and would recommend.

I used the online sizing quiz and had to send every bra back. I also couldn’t do an online return and had to go to the store to return. Not amazing

My partner she Totally loved your summer pjs so had to buy her some more again this year. She bought the lemon with small pink flowers on with shorts set as last years pink summer pjs she still wears . She comments on how they wash up and look the same every time!

It's the first time that I have bought from Boux Avenue online. The items arrived quickly and were of high quality. They were well packed and boxed. I had to return an item which was free and very simple. I had my refund within days not weeks. I would definitely buy on line again. An alround good experience.

I am very disappointed with how an overcharge on my in-store transaction is being handled. I provided photographic proof of the price tags and my bank statement showing I was charged more than the advertised price at the till.
Because I cannot return to the store in person, I was told the only solution is to post the items back for a full refund. This wasn’t consulted with first I was just issued a return label with no other solution. I then queried if I could have the overcharged difference as a store voucher instead of a cash refund to make it easier, as I genuinely love the products. This was also refused.
It is unreasonable to demand a full return of goods just to correct a documented pricing error. By law as I was overcharged, I should be able to keep the product without returning it. It’s not faulty and I like the set so why would I want to return it? I hope someone can resolve this, very disappointing.

The website and shopping experience was user friendly, they have a wide ramge of variety of items to choose from however they could do better with using sustainable and durable products as I jad to return items I bought online at the store as it wasnt as expected. It looked good in the pictures however wasnt up to the quality expexted from Boux

Lovely products and great quality. Extremely happy. Their strapless bras are the best I’ve ever tried.

I bought two different sets to see which bridal pyjamas and robe I wanted for my big day. Given the price difference between the two (one was in the sale) they were the same exact pyjamas and robe; cut, style, lace.. the only difference was a tiny bit of sheen to the fabric. The quality isn’t what it used to be, but still kept one pair as they were sized well and are comfortable for the day. Unfortunately, two of the items also has someone else’s hair in the unopened packaging, which made me question how it wasn’t noticed. This alone was disappointing and has made me question buying from Boux Avenue again.

We visited the meadowhall store today and can honestly say we were absolutely over the moon with the service from Jo. She had a line of people ringing for her help and she was running around making sure everyone got the item and attention they needed. I don’t know how she did it other than she’s superwoman. She was extremely knowledgable and could help with ideas and fittings before even in the changing room. Jo honestly was amazing and an absolute credit to the company.

Quick delivery and great deals on multi buys. Knickers are a great fit, made with quality material and wash well.

I ordered 3 bras all in the same size but when I put the black one on I heard a rip coming from the centre

I used the online service as our local store didn't have the item I wanted (a birthday present for my daughter, so it had to be the exact thing she asked for!). The process was simple, I was kept up to date by email, the delivery was timely (even though Easter holidays were a factor) and the item is of good quality. So, thank you very much!
