Bought my first Mercedes from Sandown, Poole and the whole experience was very good, great service with great communication throughout from Jonathan and the support team as he was a new employee but he was very pleasant and informative, good communicator.

Sadly I have had a very poor experience…
Sadly I have had a very poor experience from Mercedes @ Poole.
Nothing but problems with the car and sadly the service has also been poor. One relatively minor but annoying issue has gone in three times for repair. I also had an issue less than a week after having the car and they offered me an appointment for a month later until a manager stepped in . Latest issue car was in for three days without any updates and was only expected for a day this impacted my ability to work. This will be the last Mercedes i buy. I purchased for the reliability and service associated with the brand. Regretablly I made a poor choice and I would not recommend.
Update : car has come back to me and the road sign fault is still not repaired. It has been with Mercedes for three days .
The service is so very poor.

I was very impressed with the level of service
I was very impressed with the level of care, professionalism, detail and friendliness from the team . In particular Ian Wakefield who dealt with my car .
Would definitely use them again and of course highly recommended

Great first experience of this garage
I had to wait while my car was serviced. The waiting area was very smart and I was able to work from there as Wi-Fi very good. Nice coffee machine. Prices at MB are high, so facilities should be good to match. Thanks to Dan for good customer care. Will return.

Very disappointed with the after sales
Very disappointed with the after sales. Was promised that some damaged paintwork would be repaired with a courtesy car for me while it was being done but General Manager never got back to me after saying he would.

Poor customer service booked in for MOT…
Poor customer service booked in for MOT was not offered any drop off or collection service when i called back they said a driver could take me home. When i arrived i was then told there were no drivers and now paying for a taxi myself. Poor.

Happy with my new car
I wanted an approved previously owned car which is comfortable for my bad back. The staff was very helpful and patient. And there was always a cup or pot of tea made for me during each of my 5 visits. Thank you.
