Awful customer service. My wife purchased a brand new Nissan Juke in December 2023 from Sandicliffe Nottingham. I wouldn't even give them 1 star! Nissan simply not fit for purpose. Gear box went on the brand new car, then a warning light for same problem months later all while we are expected to pay for the car. Their Customer Service doesn't reply to calls when they say they will and don't give you any updates. Our daughter has special needs and we have to take her to hospital regularly. We feel the car is not safe and not fit for purpose and we arent getting any help from them. We just want to reject the car now. Steer well clear of Sandicliffe Nissan!!

Jack Browne (Nottingham) was fantastic when I was getting my new car, he took the time to make it a personal experience and not make me feel like just another ‘customer’. He was very clear, explained everything thoroughly and took the time to answer all of my silly questions. This is the second time I have leased through Mazda Sandicliffe and it is the continued customer service that keeps me coming back.

I had a very disappointing experience with this dealership. They advertised a car as being "ready for sale" and listed it on their website, but when I went to purchase it, I found out it was not actually ready. I had to wait over a week, and despite the delay, the car still wasn’t prepared for delivery. What was even more frustrating was the complete lack of apology or acknowledgment from the sales manager for the inconvenience caused.

The communication between the sales and service teams is severely lacking. There seems to be no coordination or clear process, which only adds to the frustration for customers. The customer service overall was very poor — I felt ignored and undervalued throughout the entire process.

Based on this experience, I strongly advise potential buyers to be cautious. Even if it’s a company showroom, don’t assume they will handle your purchase professionally. It’s better to look elsewhere for a more reliable and respectful buying experience.

I only looked in at Sandicliffe Loughborough to see what they had got in stock as I was beginning to think seriously about changing my car. I was fortunate to be met by a splendid lady by the name of Dionne who was very pleasant and helpful during the whole process. I chose a car and was driving it two days later! I would recommend Dionne to anyone looking to change their car.

A very easy pleasant experience to purchase a new car. Richard extremely helpful and professional.

So poor, we got a car on Friday 5th and by Tuesday we had issues with phone connectivity and the display being blank. Took the car back to be told we can see you on the 30th Jan for diagnostics. No sympathy, empathy or concern. Can’t connect a phone, use the satnav, listen to music, pick up vehicle alerts etc etc. in this day and age I would class this as undrivable. Customer services is non existent, in fact the advice was to call my breakdown cover. Just avoid really.

We were assisted by Andy who answered all of our questions clearly and made the process very easy.
