Purchased a brand new 2023 M3 cs from sandal Wakefield in June 2023. Car was kept dry stored inside on charge. However decided to drive the car ( only had 57miles on the car ) and the battery was causing issues. Got bmw assist to come view the car and was told battery needs to be charged with a lithium charge for 24hours. Car was taken to bmw Wakefield on Friday kept the car outside over the whole weekend unlocked took the car in Monday morning 11:30am and then rang me at 2pm telling me the battery was knackered and theyr not doing it under warranty and want £1200 for a battery replace DUSGUSTING ! Had my own tracker on the car which showed the car only being moved for an hour so coudnt have done much to it in that time even though I was advised for it to be charged for 24hours. Collected my car and had dirty shoes marks all over the carpet (mud) I paid £118,500 hard earned money for this car ! Shocking after care DO NOT VISIT WAKEFIELD BMW OR HUDDERSFIELD BMW OR SANDAL AUTOS IN WAKEFIELD ! Or youl be having the same Problems as me !

STRATSTONE BMW LEEDS are a lot more caring and put the customer first !

You may just bang your head against a brick wall. There’s too many incidents to list (hence I won’t), the complete incompetence & arrogance to match…….!!??
A very similar thing happened to a friend of mine.
Somethings seriously wrong with this place, the management, & CEO….+ BMW ought to take note……this place does NOT deserve the franchise!!!
We’ve both vowed NOT to EVER entertain Hudds Sandal BMW again…!!!???

I had seen the BMW Z4 online phoned and spoke to Sam who was extremely helpful including sending me a walk round video of the car before i came to see it I Paid the reservation fee online and had confirmation within minutes and arranged to collect the following weekend. Beata went through the paperwork and talked me through all the controls of the car. follow up call from Sam this week to make sure I am happy with the car and to see if there was any thing else I needed ie info on controls etc. The car is excellent and I am more than happy with the service received from all the staff.

Really disappointed from an apparent family business. The usual experience unfortunately with a lot of dealers.
Car sales process back in Nov22 went well. Post sales then being the issue:
About a fortnight after a fault occurred & car pretty much undriveable (safely anyway).
They were helpful as run up to Xmas and managed to get me in courtesy car. But then supposed to be fixed first week after New year. Didn't and in the end weeks went by with me having to do most chasing.

But then just before 12 month used car warranty finished took it in for a few things but mainly software update failing to upload. And potential issue with water fluid reservoir not alerting when empty. The latter actually worked prior to me leaving the car. I asked them not to bother with that, but they said we'll check just in case.
£160 bill... for what?? Software update - surely should have been under warranty. Anyway... the other thing it was in for :
Egr... Arnt they all. Sandal however said it was too soon to replace egr, so they'll just inspect it. Despite it having a low coolant level warning shortly before it going to Sandal, they signed it off 100% OK. Within 10 days and minimal use since being at Sandal- the car app confirms there are "serious " engine diagnostic signs showing the EGR needs replacement - URGENTLY. How can this be after being confirmed fully safe & serviceable just over 1 week earlier & checked over by Sandal

Sent in a complaint.... Lucy rings up, no comment at all other than I'm ringing to book the EGR recall. No apology, no explanation, no nothing. Like absolutely no issue. I told them I'll use someone else.

Neil then rings... I let it go to voicemail. He left a message again suggesting there is nothing wrong and they're doing all they can.

Customer Service is woeful & i won't be back.

Well the new service manager Neil Tomlinson is absolutely useless, they don't contact you . The service has just totally gone downhill in the past year. Don't waste your money on the service here , as they just lie to you

My BMW X3 was "safety recalled". Called BMW Huddersfield and booked in but offered no courtesy car. Day prior to booking well in advance BMW Huddersfield rang to cancel the booking, offered no alternative for following 3 weeks, I advised that I would ring with alternative. Rang back 4 days later and still waiting call from advisor for a new booking despite receiving texts asking about booking experience. Tomorrow I pay my balloon payment off and was looking to re-new the car, but that's now not going to happen with Huddersfield. Come on Dealer Principle, get your act together!

Just wanted to say I had a great experience last week at Mini. We have been taking our mini to a local garage for engine management light problem for months without any resolution. Decided to take it to Mini Huddersfield whilst we were on holiday. Whilst there we were contacted my Mathew, Senior Technician, who was extremely helpful throughout. He was able to explain my situation in laymen's terms and updated us regularly even thought the problem was quite technical. The problem was resolved and Mathew managed to get a good price for the repairs. He showed us the problem parts and our car drives brilliantly now much better than before.

We have decided to take our car back there on a regular basis for general servicing and repair due to this experience.

In my older age I often tend to forget when my MOT is due and more than once I’ve let it expire without realising. Luckily, this time round I received a call just over a month in advance prompting me to book an MOT. At £29.99 I couldn’t say no! The bookings team were lovely, I can’t remember the name of the lady who called me but she was very helpful and found an appointment at my convenience. Even got a free wash and vac. 10/10 service from start to finish, thank you Sandals.

Easy journey from start to finish. Spoke to the Bookings Team, they were extremely helpful, confirmed the cost for my service (Expensive, but you get what you pay for) Received confirmation of my appointment in a matter of minutes. A joy to do business with! Thank you all!

It the first time I have used sandals Huddersfield and so far I cannot complain. I seen other reviews and they Don't look good BUT my experience so far is very good, kept in the loop about the repair and a fair price for the work Done at a main dealer. I will definitely use again Lee from service who has been my contact 10 out of 10 for your help.

Had major service. Says standard on invoice. Epic 5 hour wait.
Charged me £233 each for tyres which can be bought £100 elsewhere.
Refused to negotiate. Would not give me car keys until I paid.
Never use them again. Advise others to beware.
Would give zero stars if possible.
