I’ve been dealing with Sandal Huddersfield for over six years now, after BMW pointed me their way following a not-so-great experience at another dealership. They quickly turned things around and really brought back my trust in the brand.

Since then, I’ve bought both new and used cars from them and always go back for servicing. The team there is genuinely friendly, super helpful, and always willing to go the extra mile. It’s that kind of customer service that keeps me coming back.

Can’t recommend them enough!

We have been using Sandal BMW Huddersfield for service & Warranty work on two of our current BMW cars (7series & 2 series cars) Over 18 months, On 2 seperate occasions, Warranty work has been required, one set on each car. Time between requesting & actual appts is typically 6 weeks which is dire for a 'quality brand' on both occasions warranty work has not been carried out as promised with nothing but blocking / invalid reasons from their service teams. WE will not be going back to this substandard dealer & would reccomend you also avoid if you value your sanity!

Terrible customer pre sales experience. Called in to arrange a test drive for my daughter. This was arranged and I was advised they would follow up with a telephone confirmation. No call received. I called them and they confirmed test drive as arranged. Arrived for test drive after making numerous arrangements and a 45 min journey to dealership to be told no vehicle available. Very disappointing. Retail manager, seemed uninterested and arrogant. I emailed Head of Business and their Operations Director to advise of their poor service and received no reply or acknowledgment.
For a family run business, I'm astounded at their lack of customer service, will purchase elsewhere.

Really good customer service from a worker I have forgotten her name. She helped me with my series 1 on the 24.3.25 and was very helpful during this visit.

I recently purchased a nearly new car from Sandal BMW at Huddersfield including a part exchange. Sam made the experience a pleasure showing fantastic product knowledge and providing great service. He efficiently organised all aspects of the sale including a private plate transfer. Excellent service.

Good experience dealing with Janet and Kieron at Sandal Huddersfield. I was given a good test drive, lots of options and the time I needed to sell my car privately. Cannot say enough about this garage, particularly James Hammond the salesman who provided me excellent service from start to finished.

I placed a holding deposit on a G82 M4 Competition XDrive on their website on the evening and my morning time I had a full personalised walk around video of the vehicle by James himself.

I made a 2 hour journey to collected the car it actually felt like a special experience which you’d expect from a main BMW dealership. (Although its very rare to find these days)

I wouldn’t hesitate to use them again for my next purchase.

Enquired a couple of times about test drives here and to be quite honest they just cannot be bothered with customers
Just received a voice message saying that due to my current driving licence status they can't proceed with my enquiry
I'm quite adamant they've got me mixed up with with someone else of the same name or has previously said just can't be bothered

I recently visited Sandal Huddersfield BMW and my experience was a mix of good and not-so-good. The staff, including Sam, Gary, and Jane, were professional and friendly, guiding me through the sales process smoothly and without any high-pressure tactics. The car was as described and picking it up was straightforward. However, there was a small, unexpected issue with the vehicle on the way home, which was quickly resolved by Sam. While the overall service was commendable and the team knowledgeable, this hiccup did slightly detract from the experience. Overall, a decent experience, but there's room for improvement.

Chris called me about my cars current lease coming to end. We caught up on life and I arranged to go in and see Beata so look at my options.
Beata looked after me again this time with my new car purchase. It was so good to see her again and was genuinely like a having a catch up with a friend! There is no pushy hard sell from her. She kept me up to date with where in production my car was. We then arranged a mutually convenient day for me to collect.
Gary once again looked after the finance side of things for me. He keeps things simple yet compliant and explains things in plain English. He is also very friendly and chatty and is very calm and collective.
They seem to retain their staff here which is good to see and it’s always good to deal with the same staff again after striking up a relationship with them.
Customer service and loyalty is very important to me and I feel I get both here.
I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend to others and return our custom here.

Sam and Gary were great guys to deal with. Held the car for a day so I could get over to view. Car was exactly as described. Guided me through the sales process with ease. Had a small unexpected issue with the car on my way home, called Sam and it was sorted within a couple of hours, no problem. Will definitely be back again for another motor.
