Prompt service, excellent website, premiere quality products, and rapid delivery. What’s not to like!?

Speedy turnaround of order and kept informed. Overall a great shopping experience!

Dispatched quickly, packed safely, environmentally friendly packaging, and very happy with the quality of the product.

Solid, well built, clean design and UK made.

Great value. The tray we bought was quite expensive, but at works beautifully and looks to be built to last for years.

Very responsive and listens to the customer

Fantastic pans and amazing customer service
Swapped my roaster for one with integral handles so it can fit my oven.
Staff were so helpful

Samuel Groves is a reliable company we have bought several pans from them and all do the job perfectly. The Chef’s pan is great for everything from sautés, risotto, pasta sauces. Good quality and not outrageously expensive for tri-ply.

I have had 2 of these pans for years and they have lasted the test of time compared to others that I had. Not as cheap as others but when you buy quality you have to pay for it.

I bought a non stick pan after my very expensive Le Crusset pan lost it non stick after just a couple of years.

These are British made and although expensive save you money in the long term as they don't need to be replace every few years....

Good quality will use again!!! :-)

These oven trays are really worth the money - made (in the UK) to last and delivered straight from the manufacturer

The mince pie tray I've bought is very well made, very good quality, joy to use and worth every penny. It arrived promptly and well packed. If I need more of kitchen tools, I will return to Samuel Groves.

Well packed. Delivered earlier than expected.

Bought a non stick frying pan due to the life time guarantee. Less than a year of use and the non-stick coating has gone. I expected it to be refurbished for free as it's a 'pan for life' but it would cost £42!!! A 'pan for a year' more like. I bought this on offer at £52, the refurbishment cost is over 80% of the purchase price. Apparently the retail price of this pan is over £150. DO NOT waste your money. You're better of buying mid-range pans and just replacing them every year or two.

You provided a discount for me to replace my SG pans with induction pans

Fantastic cookware and great experience. Thank you.

Love my new pans although I was concerned with the staining after the first use, however reading all the reviews it’s our hard water causing the problem. The tips to clean them are simple and work every time. So 100% happy.

Lovely Sauté pan , very pleased , quick dispatch no problems

Satisfied with their stainless steel. So ordered 2 non sticks. Disappointedly, found both with defect. Takes time to get response from CS to arrange return and refund.
