I guess i still sounded unsure & then spoke to a manager who also investigated the proper size & reassured me that once it arrives if there is a problem to contact Samsung Parts Dept. No action was needed, it was in fact a perfect fit. great customer service!!!!!

The back section of my dryer's lint catcher wore down after a few years, and slipped down into the groove where the lint goes. I did not think I would be able to get it out, and thought I would have to get a service person, or maybe a new dryer. I just walked away a bit upset and thought "what am I gonna do now?" The next day, I went down to my basement and stuck my hand in the groove as far as it would go. Not quite close enough to retrieve it. Then, I looked for something thin and flexible to make a hook to get the piece out; got my flashlight, and stuck my head in the dryer to see if I could retrieve it. It worked! I turned the piece around and saw a code on the back, then went to the Samsung website on my laptop and put the code in. THANKFULLY, it came up as a replacement part; I ordered it and got it in a few days! What a relief! I am so grateful to the Samsung company and will buy their products in the future when needed!
