DO NOT BUY ANYTHING from Evolved chargers! They are selling dodgy and broken items and then refusing to refund you.
I purchased a watch strap and paid for express post. It was 4 weeks late and broke after a week of wearing it. They have played me for weeks requesting videos of the item which have been sent about 4 times. They then refused to refund me, absolute scam artists

Scam company. Advertise and price for quality yet deliver cheap products. If the product doesn’t work, they won’t take it back. Their 30 day return policy is a lie. I processed a return within 10 minutes of receiving the phone case and they denied it.

Follow up on this. Evolved Chargers again lied in the email they sent me yesterday. Here is their statement...

"We want to clarify that our return policy is clearly stated on our website before purchase. For hygiene and product integrity reasons, we do not accept returns on opened or used items. This is standard for many phone accessory products."

On their website, before you add something to your cart, it specifically says "30-Day Money Back
Try it risk-free for 30 days." How is something supposed to be tried if the package is not open?

Their policy is actually "Risk free for us because we won't actually follow our own return policy".

There was a delay in my order getting shipped. But I got good feedback from the company, and the order was delivered. I am very happy with the customer service.

Magsafe Metal case just falls apart when its pulled off a magnetic charger or I pull my magsafe wallet from it. Have spent over a month trying to get a refund and have sent them multiple videos of the case coming apart during normal usage but they refuse to refund my money for this case or to acknowledge any issue with product.

The non-magsafe case would function fine, if you're into that, but you should probably just avoid this company. Bad business practices.

Do not waste your money with this company
They have fake advertising showing a metal phone case then will send you a cheap plastic one and take no accountability for it. Absolute rip off and joke. Do not fall for it like I did.

And do not listen to their reply either. There is nothing metal about it. It is a regular one piece plastic case!

a while ago i purchased an air duster from them which would end up in a empty box. i contacted them and even made a complaint and got a response, but then they switched it up by saying the package was delivered to me. yes the package was delivered but the item wasnt inside! then they wanted me to pay an extra $51 for a replacement! just refund this, because the back and forth between the terrible customer support is time wasting for both and I will definitely not pay $51 just for a replacement. then they responded i was out of the 30 day warranty period? i literally was in contact with them outside that window and they provided a replacement for an extra $51? make it make sense.

The customer service representative helped me out and I had the right size screen protector and case shipped to me even though I made an error ordering the wrong size screen protector and case for my phone I have a new set on the way to me I appreciate the amazing customer service from evolved chargers you guys are fantastic thank you so very much can’t wait to receive my items I’ll be sure to post them online and share them when they make it to me🥰🥰🥰❤️‍🔥❤️‍🔥❤️‍🔥

Avoid at all costs if you value your money. Cheap products and even cheaper customer service. The least durable case I’ve ever purchased. Pieces snapped off while installing. No customer service report. I repeat STAY FAR AWAY!!

I bought and received an iPad pro case. Obviously shipped internationally as it took a while to arrive. In the meantime, I found a different case I preferred and intended on returning this one once it turned up. When it did, my request was denied, with them saying they don't accept returns if the product has been opened. I never said it was opened, I said the opposite! The case was never opened and they're still sending me around in loops via email asking for photo proof, then asking why I want to return, then saying they don't accept returns if the item has been used, then saying they need proof....

Absolute con artists!

The case looks very good. But in real world use the back is not secured properly. Every time I take it loose from my magnetic mount the back pulls loose. I put it back on but eventually It will totally break. It shouldn’t do this, poor design. I requested a return through their website but have not received a response, almost a week. Last night it fell from my nightstand, 2ft onto carpet, the whole case came off, like exploded.

Love the phone cover already recommending it.

I recently purchased a MagBank Universal Qi2 65W. This is an excellent, very flexible bit of kit that fully met my expetations. The service was excellent and comunication was swift, informative and acurate.

The phone holder works great. Sticks to semi smooth wood desk as well as other items you might need to stick it to and magnet is excellent to hold iPhone 15 pro

Case broke after 2 months. Seemed fine when arrived (after a long delivery) however the back of the case no longer clicks onto the rest of the case causing phone to fall out. Looks good on adverts but cheap design and materials. I’d expect a £30 case to last nearly as long as the phone. Company didn’t want anything to do with rectifying issue. Don’t waste your money.

Great case, great color. Also amazing customer service. I was originally sent the wrong item, but my issue was quickly resolved.

Update 14/4: Having sent photos and videos to customer support, they wrote back to tell me that they could see my phone already had a protective covering (it hasn’t), which is why their case didn’t fit properly. They also told me not to use ‘excessive pressure’ (I wasn’t). So here we are… apparently it’s all down to customer error and they are not taking any responsibility for their product. I am still requesting a full refund.

Update 8/4: Contacted Evolved Customer Service via the contact form on their website, quoting order number and requesting a full refund.

Looks like a great idea and the product seems nice when it arrives…. Although it took a very long time (assume shipping from China). Sadly though the ‘precision engineering’ is not so great and it doesn’t easily snap onto my phone. At least one of the buttons on the case is out of line and has very sharp edges, meaning that it has slightly scratched my iPhone when I tried to fit it and essentially it’s unusable. I stopped trying when I realised what was happening in order to minimise the damage. Sadly, cannot recommend.

I honestly like it the fact that the case is strong I love it and I am already ordering two more plus you know they made two new colors and I like it makes my phone look more tactical
